Kumarakom Lake Resort

Kumarakom Lake Resort is a true resort. Situated on beautiful Lake that attached to the ocean by many canals where people live and fish..The bathrooms are completely outside which is a first for me and I had the pleasure of enjoying a Thunder and lighting storm using the Commode. I used the spa and was not impressed. The tables had no doughnut hole for your face which was very uncomfortable for someone from the Mus.Dr.. Benny who was a so called Doctor reviews your application and directs your therapist on what areas to work extra on. No body ever read nor did the react to what you wrote. The take away is that the resort is exceptional and the staff is to.

We visited the KUMARAKOM LAKE RESORT for the first time and what a wonderful, beautiful experience it was !! Right from the location right on the backwaters of Kerala with its mesmerizing INFINITY POOL to it’s outstanding SEA FOOD RESTAURANT, you are right in the LAP of nature with all beautiful species and with a very courtesies service staff to make your stay even more comfortable and luxurious. The 25 acre property keeps u entertained and excited for a good 3-4 days . Overall I would rate this stay as “ A BLISSFUL STAY IN THE LAP OF NATURE , in GODS OWN COUNTRY “

This is a beautiful heritage resort situated on Lake Kumarakom - the grounds are beautiful with an army of gardeners making it all very special. All the staff in the resort make this the special place that it is ! Our meandering pool Villa was very comfortable and the meandering pool very nice and immaculately clean. We also stayed for a night in one of the resorts own houseboats which was a very special experience- our thanks to all the crew especially the chef !

The epitome of hospitality, in a very tranquil and idyllic setting. Getting to the resort is rather onerous (especially if you're driving), but once there, it is well worth the effort. The staff are exceptional - the real strength of this resort. The entire facility is maintained well, with attention to detail. The only element that could be improved upon is the gym which is equipped with relatively old weights and strength training equipment. Special shout out to Kavi (guide/activity guide/facilitator/photographer extraordinaire) who is such a pleasant and extremely helpful member of the team. Can't wait to come back again!

Amazing hospitality, delicious food and par excellence arrangements. We took the houseboat for a night and everything seemed absolutely immaculate. Must hop on the houseboat at least once in your lifetime as it is an exhilarating experience!
