Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur

The staff here are very kind, helpful, and professional. Whether it’s providing a taxi for when my “Grab” app wasn’t behaving or when I forgot to pack a comb, the staff here was here to assist. I left my room briefly early one morning and when I returned, I was pleased to find my room nice and tidy along with fresh water and the Nespresso coffee pods replenished. Would I choose the Shangri-La again if/when I ever return to KL? You’re darn right I would! Love it here!

This was our 4th visit to Malaysia and 4th time at the Shangri-la was the best experience ever. We arrived after a 13 plus hour flight from London. We had booked an horizon lounge access room. The Staff at the Horizon Lounge desk were so friendly and welcoming. We were booked in effortlessly and asked to go and have breakfast, while our room was sorted out. We were given one of the newly refurbished suites on the 28th floor Very nice but it was on the corner and we wanted a centre placed room. The Staff moved us without any problem and didn’t make us uncomfortable regarding our request. The New Suite was excellent. The Staff from Door Men to Horizon Lounge Staff to concierge were just amazingly helpful. The Food and Customer Service was great. The Female Manager for Horizon Lounge front desk and dining area was great and amazingly helpful. The five dining room staff members who mainly served us ( you know who you are) were simply the best ever. The four staff members at the Horizon Lounge front desk( you too know who you are) were the best example, of giving outstanding first impression service you will encounter in the Hotel. Thank you to everyone involved. We appreciate your hospitality, dedication to your work and commitment to making sure your customers feel valued. We will continue to support your business by returning to the Hotel when ever we are in K.L.

My stay here has been amazing as it’s my second time back. The spa facilities were great. I found Aiman who was the Receptionist at the spa super helpful and gentle. He went above and beyond to accommodate everything I needed. I will be back in a few weeks for another stay.

Family suite was fantastic the kids r really spoiled.....bell team was excellent remembered me and my family n greeted us warmly.... Front desk team was friendly and prompt very professional....... Fnb food n service was what made us come back here.

This hotel is very convinient to me to go to the city area and Yesterday i did facial & massage. The receptionist Mr. Aimant is very kind and helpful with the explanations about all the hotel facilities. I hope he will have succesful for his career in this hotel.
