Nayara Gardens

This was the best resort I’ve ever stayed at! The servers and hostesses all remembered every detail and made the stay perfect. Dinners with as good a 2-3 star Michelin restaurants and sommeliers (Leo and Jose) paired everything up perfectly. Massages were the best ever and everything was so perfect. Well worth every dollar.

Unbelievable time staying here. Absolutely beautiful property wherever we went. Best service we have ever experienced. Everyone is so polite and friendly. Room was awesome and the heated pool right outside our room was so much fun. Went to bed every night and woke up every morning to the sound of howler monkeys. Saw sloths and toucans. Food at all the different restaurants was delicious. Would highly recommend this resort to anyone thinking about coming to Costa Rica.

This ultimate luxury resort has become my most favorite vacation hotel to date. As a travel consultant for over 25 years, I've been to many luxury properties, but this one is magnificent in every way. The 62 acres are comprised of 3 properties - Nayara Gardens - a family property, Nayara Springs - an adult only property, and the Nayara Luxury Tented Units - equipped for families and boy are they spectacular and spacious. There is exchange privileges for all 3 properties during your stay., so you have the opportunity to try all of the restaurants, pools (including the hot springs) , and public areas throughout. The staff is out of this world friendly, the rooms are gorgeous, spacious, spotless, and state of the art equipped to want nothing more. We had an Arenal Volcano View Room with a private plunge pool that was heated and jetted. It made for the most relaxing afternoons. The flora and fauna around the property is lush and breathtaking. Around every corner you will find orchids and multiple gardens , fountains and ponds scattered with lily pads, tropical birds and other wildlife all around you. The food and beverages were fresh, delicious and made with local produce and meats, presented beautifully. And the spas on property were beautiful, tranquil, with highly trained professionals --yes! -- my couples massage was heavenly. Thank you Nayara - you certainly know what you are doing. Keep it up!

Staying at Nayara Gardens was one of the best vacations we have ever taken- and we have travelled extensively around the world. The resort was a spectacular spot in the rainforest. Our room with its own heated plunge pool, outdoor shower and lanai was a little private paradise. The spa was delightful. The variety of restaurants and food right on the grounds was amazing. The staff was super friendly and attentive. The excursions were diverse and led by guides with vast knowledge of the culture, flora and fauna. I would highly recommend the Nayara properties for anyone looking for something a little off the beaten path!

We spent a night at the NYARA hotel after our visit to TORTUGUERO… What a wonderful idea from our travel agency! This hotel is simply magnificent. We were able to enjoy our private pool in the room all evening. How beautiful it was, and how delightful after our two days in Tortuguero. The setting is stunning. My only regret is staying just one night. The most beautiful hotel of our trip to Costa Rica!
