Nho, Nho, Nho, what a fabulous chef. Always recommending and preparing the most delicious Vietnamese dishes for us. If ever you stay at the Banyan Tree Hotel here in Da Nang, ask for her and you’ll be looked after well. She is so friendly, happy, kind and helpful. We had dishes we would never had tried if she hadn’t recommended them. Everything was so delicious! We were delighted with the real taste of Vietnam thanks to Nho.

The experience with Banyan Tree Lang Co is unbelievably amazing. From the second we stepped out from the shuttle bus down to the drop off at the airport for the return flight, there was not a single second which I would forget the stay at this hotel. We stayed at a lagoon villa. It was enclosure with high privacy. The smile from each of the staff is unforgettable. My villa manager, Ms Ngoc (Jade) was an adorable sweet lady who paid every matter into details. There are daily activities for guests if you decided to stay inside the resort. The resort is an hour from the Da Nang International Airport. Of coz if you aimed for a city life, you may need to consider it twice. However I personally enjoyed the quietness during my stay.

We recently stayed at Banyan Tree Lang Co and it was fantastic. The location is beautiful, set between mountains and the East Sea. The staff were amazingly attentive and made sure everything was perfect during my stay. Special shout out to Wing and Man for their care and attention during a tropical storm! Even during the difficult weather, the staff went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of. We were incredibly grateful to them for taking care of us, with so much going on. Our villa started off as the lagoon view villa, which itself was wonderful. For our last night, because of the tropical storm, we were upgraded to the hilltop suite -- it was amazing! Having tried it, we can honestly say it would be well worth the extra price if you're looking for something truly special. The views were stunning and the villa was HUGE. The resort has great amenities, especially the spa - we had multiple massages at sister hotel Anantara and have never felt so pampered. The food is excellent, in particular Saffron. If you're looking to explore, there's a variety of activities available, from nature walks to cultural tours. Whether you're looking for adventure or relaxation, Banyan Tree Lang Co has something for everyone. Overall, it's a great place to unwind and enjoy luxury in a natural setting. Highly recommended!

During this month, I had my family trip to Vietnam and this was actually our family's second trip abroad. Our first trip was in different country and this went really bad and we all know that it is really hard to satisfy Asian parents when it comes to family trip. So I decided to stay at Banyan Tree Lang Co for five days. Since this was our first visit to Vietnam, we did not stay much at the resort. However, our room manager, Ms. Phung, tried her best to make our memories at this resort not only unforgettable but best moments in our lives. 1) The room conditions were really good and even pretty. And I also requested for bed decorations for two beds for welcoming letter and celebrating my mom's bday prior to our arrival. They were willing to accept my request and even prepared bday cake for my mom. How wonderful. 2) We had a tour scheduled to Da Nang and Hoi Ahn and we came back really late at night and Ms.Phung prepared a footbath for our family for a surprise. Also, she prepared a special fruit, which usually is not in the room, upon our request. 3) This resort accommodates so much activities and I really enjoyed the morning yoga, breakfast, bicycle, boat and so many water sports and also the best spa in Vietnam. Many of them are complimentary so it will be very cost-efficient to stay at the resort while having so much fun. 4) On our check-out day, it was unfortunately once in a year maintenance day. We were informed that no energy will be supplied from 8am til our check-out time. So our room manager provided us another room in Angsana Lang Co and this room was also amazing. We did not face any inconvenience since everything was settled while we were having our breakfast. Very professional. 5) Last but not least, literally all of the employees there are friendly and willing to help. Highly Recommended!!
