The Signature at MGM Grand

Good place to stay if you're in town for work and looking for a no-casino hotel. Nice rooms, solid service, and good snack/dining options most anytime. Overall, would recommend. I was in town for a conference at the Venetian and my main complaint was that construction all around made it impossible to get anywhere in less than 40 mins -- it was literally faster to walk the mile than to wait for an uber in some cases. There are 3 towers, all of which I think are similar -- I was disappointed to find all the pools closed as I do like to swim in the mornings, but it was December. The fitness rooms looked solid, with enough room and equipment for a work.

Our room was clean, spacious, and had a kitchenette. We were on the 24th floor and the view from our room was great. The bed was high quality and decently firm. The bathroom was spacious and even had a jacuzzi. The staff was helpful. The only complaint I have is that they only had very large thick plush bed pillows. I prefer those that smaller and flatter. I wish they would keep some of those around that you can get on request.

I was impressed by the overall professionalism and to customer satisfaction demonstrated by the MGM Signatures staff. The suites are spacious and clean, and the ambiance of the place is unmatched, comparable to any deluxe luxury resort on the strip. Additionally, the price I paid was competitive, considering it was a Friday check-in. The three Signature Towers are connected to the main MGM Grand and all its amenities without having to leave the building.

The first thing to say is that the suites are owned by several companies so standards may differ.We had a suite owned by LEISURE SUITES INTERNATIONAL. The suite was high quality but could have used a little modernisation. The suite we had was in tower 3 of which there are 3 towers and included a kitchenette which incorporated a toaster,microwave,2 hobs and a fridge plus kitchen utensils.The en suite included a large shower cubicle in which although functional the shower needed modernising. There was also a seating / dining area and a flat screen television with decent channel choices including SKY NEWS. The suites are described as just off strip which is a bit of a noma.They are in fact a good 10 minute walk along corridors and through the MGM GRAND to get to the strip ,emerging opposite NEW YORK NEW YORK.En route you pass through a good variety of eateries in a food hall. There is a good american style diner in tower 2 but it is expensive.
