The Signature at MGM Grand

The room was nice and up to date except no cellphones chargers. The room needs better quality pillows. The jacuzzi tub needs to be cleanet and one of the sinks in the bathroom needed to be unclogged. The bath towels were clean but please bleach them because no one wants an off white towel. All the parking valet drivers were nice and helpful. Love the no casino in the hotel. You felt luxury being there with free valet parking.

I like that the rooms feel like an apartment rather than a hallway, while still being affordable. Definitely more homely than extravagant, but that works for me. The whirlpool spa tub is great for chilling out in after walking around the strip all day.

I so love the Signature! It is immaculate, great staff everywhere who are hospitable but not obnoxious. The rooms are phenomenal, beds so comfortable and the space is just WOW! Since there is no casino, the property can be accessed in peace and quiet, yet it is attached to the beautiful chaos of all things bright and beautiful at the MGM casino.

An OK property in appearance, but had functionality and integrity problems. A $100 MGM casino chip went missing from our room. Bath tub had a slow leak from faucet. Coffeemaker malfunction rendered it useless. Room contained hair products from prior guest, denoting a lack of proper cleaning. Housekeeping would ring doorbell even if ‘dnd’ was on door. The balcony was great size, but had absolutely no furniture. I guess the pros would be that the room had a nice look to it, and was in a great location to The strip and MGM attractions. Other than that it was not a good experience. And DONT do the Spa… I repeat. Don’t do the Spa. It was a complete $516 rip-off!!!

Loved staying here! Felt safe and secure ! Convenient great location ! Never knew this place existed! Easy Access to train to other casinos and Good restaurants close by! Very friendly staff! Would definitely stay here again!
