Delfines Hotel & Convention Center

I recently stayed four days at Delfines Hotel and Convention Center in Lima, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The service was absolutely impeccable—Kathy and Carla at the front desk were warm, professional, and incredibly helpful, making check-in and any requests a breeze. Christian also stood out with his attentive assistance with our luggage...friendly guy. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the on-site restaurant delivered delicious meals that exceeded expectations. Every detail of my stay reflected a true five-star standard. I highly recommend Delfines for anyone visiting Lima—you won’t be disappointed!

The hotel is aimed at large conventions. It has the structure needed to host events. But it’s already showing a tired appearance, with its dark furnitures. Very large rooms and bathrooms, excellent view from the taller floors and a nice location.

I stayed at Los Delfines for a week-long meeting and found it a very good option at his price range. Sleep quality is superb with a great bed and no noise at all from the street. Great shower and towels, and an amazing breakfast buffet for all tastes. Staff is friendly and attentive, and restaurant is varied and reasonably priced with well-served dishes. I would certainly recommend and stay again.

My business makes me travel very frequently and use dozens of hotels, of all kinds, depending on the availability of the location, although most of the time using the best hotels and the best global brands. For the first time I booked into Los Delfines Convention Center Hotel in San Isidro, Lima and was extremely surprised with the level of service and friendliness of all the employees. Every request was fulfilled almost instantly, with a big smile and a respect rarely seen in many countries. For an independent hotel it will become a benchmark for my business, which happens to be, developing hotels. Los Delfines, keep up the good work!

The hotel was excellent and very beautiful it was absolutely perfect. but what was exceptional about them was the service! Luis Sanchez went above and beyond with his service. I couldn’t ask for anything else. This experience is one for the books
