Outstanding service

This hotel is from an era gone by ! It’s been many years since I’ve experienced this level of hospitality. The amazing thing is they follow through what a wonderful welcome at check then greeted by rooms division director with a warm welcome! Went to the lounge which was quite full and the staff made us feel like we were the only people in the lounge spectacular! Housekeeping we needed lighter duvet two people came and changed the cover with a smile. Breakfast service was just as warm and welcoming. Keep it up Sheraton Lisbon will be forever grateful!

Extraordinary customer service

I was blown away by the customer service provided at this hotel. All the way from front desk responding to concerns about room to the staff catering to Club level guests with drinks and happy hour snacks. I have rarely seen this level of hospitality provided. The location of the hotel is central for business and fun and club level rooms were great.

Great Hotel in Lisbon!

Great hotel! Clean, Friendly and spacious rooms. Food was awesome. I would highly recommend this hotel! Everyone I came in contact with had a smile and a kind greeting. A short UBER ride to the city center just four euros. Awesome entertainment in the lounge.

Very good, with room for improvement

This is a very nice hotel in the centre of Lisbon, more the commerical center than the old city. It is inexpensive and easy to get to by taxi from the airport, with the fare at 14 euros including two suitcases. The staff are very welcoming, and genuinely friendly. The room was very comfortable, my one gripe being that, like so many hotels these days, there was nowhere to sit and be able to do your hair and make-up. It seems to be beyond the interior designers these days, to add either a stool in the bathroom or a mirror at the desk/dressing table. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. We dined in the restaurant in the evening; the service was excellent, and the food was really much better than we expected, as good as any Parisien restaurant. We would defintitely stay and eat there again on another visit. The one let-down was breakfast. It was an add-on at 20 euros each, and in all honesty, poor value for money. The buffet was bog-standard, and cold. The fruit juices, other than the fresh orange juice, were quite ghastly. It's a shame that this was so poor, as the rest of our stay was really lovely, and all of the staff delightful. The meal in the evening was so good, they are obviously perfectly capable of producing much better, and it would be great to see this improved upon as we have had better in a Premier Inn. Other than that, a lovely hotel in a good position.
