The Capital Hotel, Apartments & Townhouse

The Capital Hotel is an oasis in the midst of the hustle and bustle of Knightsbridge. The customer service is exceptional and the rooms and suites are spacious and luxurious. The entire staff were warm, welcoming and always attentive to our needs. Most of the rooms and suites have recently been renovated to the highest standards. Although our Junior Suite had not yet been renovated, it was spacious, tastefully decorated and immaculate. The pillows were so fluffy and the towels and linens were soft and luxurious. Due to my cold, we had to extend our stay for an additional 5 nights making our total stay of 12 nights. The kindness shown by each staff member made me feel like I was cared for by an extended family. The bar was welcoming and cosy. The cocktails were beautiful crafted and the wine list was comprehensive, including wines from all over the globe as well as some carefully selected wines at affordable prices. The restaurant was spectacular; serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. We ate there several times as the quality of the food and service surpassed what we found at the majority of London restaurants. I would highly recommend the Dover Sole, Rack of Lamb and Salmon. We can't wait to return to the Capital Hotel as it has truly become our home away from home. Stayed here several times before and always have been impressed. Took a friend for the first time and she thought it was superb. Great welcome from staff at reception and the Concierge is so very helpful. Rooms were ideal for our stay and the bed so comfortable. Nice bar (great cocktails) and breakfast area and ideally located for Harrods and nearby attractions.

It is always a very pleasant stay with the personal touch. The hotel is old, but many rooms are renovated. And I like that the hotel small and cosy, staff is friendly and helpful, quiet area and many places of interest around. P.S they do fantastic Hendricks cucumber in the bar😉 We are very grateful to everyone, specially to Stella.

This is my favorite hotel in London there is nothing wrong about the place the staff the location everything just perfect I can’t stay in another place in London and also I want to say thanks to Stella she was so helpful and also all the staff thank you capital hotel thank you all

The hotel offers excellent service, clean rooms, and a great location. Highly recommend it for a comfortable stay.. Lusia was very professional, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. She made my experience even more enjoyable!!.
