Grosvenor House, A JW Marriott Hotel

We went for Afternoon Tea in the Park Room in November, as a celebration of our second wedding anniversary. We were looked after by Pratigya and later Alexis. Both saw to our every need and were attentive and caring throughout the visit. The team kindly brought us a large slice of chocolate gateau as a congratulations for our anniversary. Between us we have visited the Park Room for Afternoon Tea three times in the last two years, and we have loved it every time, which is why we keep coming back! Thank you to all the team who always make it such an enjoyable experience, and a special thank you to Pratigya and Alexis on this occasion who made our visit especially memorable.

I would like to say thank you for amazing treatment at breakfast room, they treated me as royalty every day. How amazing to arrive and be welcomed with smile and kindness. Special thanks to Roshni, she is amazing and super oriented in to details, manager Lucia Oration which helped to solve some issues during our stay, he was super dedicated and kind, always with amazing energy, Amber was very nice and dedicated also to provide amazing service, Oxana was so kind and super professional. The stay was amazing thanks to those people, however some issues that we had, but I would like to remember only the best and positive!!

This was our 22nd anniversary and was very disappointed. Complained about the shower pressure two days running and no one came to have a look at all. When I mentioned it on an email they came back with oh sorry next time you have free entrance to our lounge. I mentioned the likely hood of me coming back is going to be difficult and free entrance is a joke. No response basic couldn’t care less. £1400 for two nights I don’t mind paying for quality but this was not good customer service. I’m a member of bonvoy and the customer service from all hotels is exceptional but Grosvenor house you need to learn about good customer service and the fact that my shower wasn’t even attended to was terrible service.

Where to begin?? Firstly I must say how beautiful the hotel looked - absolutely stunning. The restaurant was superb. Marius looked after us from start to finish and I just made us feel so special. His recommendations were spot-on and nothing was too much trouble for him or any of the other staff. The food was superb, although I must say I did overindulge slightly. But boy, it was good. Can’t recommend this restaurant enough as not only was the food outstanding, the staff were too. A special night made even more special by excellent food and service.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel itself is stunning – from the comfortable, well-appointed rooms to the top-notch amenities. However, what truly made my stay exceptional was the incredible service provided by Emanuele. His kindness, attentiveness, and warmth really made all the difference. He went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything I needed and made me feel truly valued as a guest. It’s rare to encounter such genuine hospitality, and I can’t thank him enough for making my stay so memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London in Mayfair area
