Excellent experience
We stayed with our family recently and had a most wonderful stay. The location is perfect, nicely located in Knightsbridge but tucked away from the crowds. The quality of the furnishings and room amenities is of a high standard. The staff are extremely helpful. A big shout out to Clara (Guest Relations Manager) who ensured our stay was perfect.

Angelica is amazing
We love the terrace at the hari. We have been coming here for a long tine. Please dont leave london without the donuts !! Food amazing and Angelica the Hostess the best!!! And staying here is a must and dont forget to try the restaurant Il Pampero with fab italian food! Pasta cacio e Pepe delicious x

Great hospitality from angelica and a great menu
One of the best lounges, the terrace is cozy and amazing! And angelica made our stay much better with great conversations and a fun time and as well as great menu choices i would recommend their espresso martini were going to come back for sure.

Perfect Location for a Perfect Evening
I had the pleasure to meet Angelica and Pedro in the restaurant! Their service was outstanding, the same with the food. I had the steak and rosemary potatoes, but their authentic Italian dishes are supposed to be amazing as well. I will definitely come again.

Great stay
Staying here and meeting up with friends for my Husband’s 50th Birthday celebration. On arrival at the hotel reception staff gave us complementary drinks and said our room was being prepared. The care and consideration that they put in to our room was just so very kind. We had a bottle of Moet Champagne a chocolate cake and inflatable number 50 Balloons ! All organised by the fantastic and lovely Oben. The room was comfortable and the facilities perfectly suited to our needs The staff make this hotel feel welcoming and inviting. The Breakfast was delicious the following morning. A very pleasant stay in London. And both my Husband and I would stay here again.
