Hyatt Regency London, The Churchill

The location is very good, easy to walk to different neighborhoods. The staff was friendly and helpful and gave great recommendations. Room service was quick and accommodating. The room was clean and roomy. The area across the park is adorable with excellent restaurants and shops.

What a wonderful 3 night stay! The hospitality was excellent. As a Hyatt Globalist, I was upgraded to a suite, given club access and breakfast daily was included. Teni Limbu, the Guest Service Manager was very attentive. Housekeeping was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet downstairs is abundant and service also good. We had room service on the first night and it was delicious. We will definitely be back! The location is terrific for local restaurants and for shopping. Oxford Street is very close!

We came here as a family in total of 5 rooms and payed for 3 of them in a high rate and when we arrived for the last 3 rooms and we requested an early check in I didn’t get my room as they say it’s upon availability I see most of the rooms next to the other rooms are empty they are pushing me so hard just to pay an amount either by naming a room it’s not my category or advising me to book a day in advance and when I was coming back asking if the room is ready or how long will it take the manger came and claiming that I raised my voice just because I was asking them why are you not helping me since I am here for 8 nights and I took 5 rooms in the hotel!! I wasn’t raising my voice I was asking politely I thought as a 5 star hotel should appreciate guests so it’s either I pay more or wait an amount of time no one knows how long!

Stayed here in January 2025 for five nights. I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. experience. I also had a negative experience with a manager during a fire alarm testing time. It is also difficult to deal with the Honors program in this particular case.

Wonderful Experience – Amazing Staff, Great Breakfast, and Perfect Location! We had an incredible stay at this hotel! We came to surprise our mother for her 70th birthday, and the entire breakfast team went above and beyond to make the occasion unforgettable. The managers, waitstaff, and all team members were so kind, enthusiastic, and helpful—they even filmed the moment and surprised us with a special birthday cake! Beyond this heartwarming experience, we were truly impressed by the hotel’s high standards. The staff was exceptionally professional and welcoming, everything was spotless, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious with a great variety of options. Plus, the location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Thank you for an amazing stay—we can’t wait to return!
