Don’t rely on the door being held open!
I stayed here many years ago with a friend, it was a lovely stay but my visit this week for lunch confirmed something about elements of the hotel I disliked all those years ago . When we arrived I asked the door men for directions to The Rosebury, I was politely given directions and left to open the door for mysekf and children! On our way out I personally held the door open for an older gentleman with a walking stick who was clearly struggling with the steps, two doormen stood on the pavement doing nothing to help. As I walked away I noticed that the doormen were selective with who they helped with the door, taking shopping from what was very obviously a wealthy guest and opening a car door for another followed by running up the steps to open the main door. Selective assistance is what appears to operate. The restaurant staff are lovely. Please advise your door staff that those working on the Corinthia, Claridges and even Fortnum and Mason are street lengths ahead of them in terms of guest experience! In fact the Corinthia I would say has some of the best staff for guest experience as nothing at all is too much trouble.

Excellent stay at MO
Very impressed with the level of service from all MO staffs to the hotel doorman. Also amazed with the changing of daily room slippers. Chamber maids were very detailed in their cleaning, even my charging wires were wrapped up properly with MO velcro tape. Overall amazing experience staying at MO. Thank you.

Still more to be done
Fedback to Federica about awful check in process despite you having my credit card on file. Also simple instructions on checkout were not followed in a timely manner resulting in a lot of back and forth to resolve. Staff were friendly and attentive throughout the hotel.

Mandarin hyde park room
My room window was looking anither building the view was awful And while i make reservation the picture was not like that. On the other hand concierge doormans and bellboys they are the best at their job Always helps you and ask you how are you and can do anythibg for you

Excellent services at Mandarin Hyde park London. Rich interior decoration. excellent location. friends staff. Welcoming guests. Very spacious rooms. Very expensive marbles fixed on floors and walls. Beautiful interior design. You can have palace living experience
