The name of Xenia – is derived from the ancient Greek concept of hospitality shown to travelers from faraway lands. Travelers who arrive on the whitewashed and pillared doorstep of this elegant estate will find homey touches in modern surroundings – cheeky rustic fowl pillows bring a hint of English countryside to the big city.

A wonderful boutique hotel! The staff were the friendliest we’ve known in a big city. Added to that, the breakfast was superb. Olga, our waitress was fantastic. She even sent us on our way with homemade cakes which was a special treat. Every hotel needs an Olga! We were upgraded which was an added bonus and our room didn’t disappoint. Although still a little small, it had every you could want and was very comfortable. Thank you Xenia for a lovely experience.

A truly wonderful place to stay where the emphasis is on genuine friendliness and helpfulness from each and every team member we encountered. Thank you to everyone, I am sorry that we didn’t get everyone’s individual names. Everyone was equally special and played a great role in making our stay so wonderfully relaxing and stress free. Thank you Haider. Thank you Grace. Thank you Tanin. Thank you Mihail. We will return soon.

Our go-to place for breakfast in London. It is absolutely delicious! Outstanding location and friendly staff (mr. Albino was extremely professional and kind). Go there and you won't be disappointed! Breakfast on the pricier side but you get what you pay for and service is amazing.

An excellent stay and this lovely London hotel. The service levels throughout my stay were exceptional and the whole team were friendly and professional with a personal touch. My room was excellent with lovely linens and pleasant bathroom.

Top London hotel - 6 minutes walk from Gloucester Road tube, we stayed here for a very early morning appointment at the nearby hospital. Everything was clean and fresh, staff were superb and although our room faced the busy Cromwell Road it was super quiet thanks to triple glazed windows. The room was warm (January) although even being deluxe, perhaps a little on the small side for an extended stay. It was so much better than most of the London chain hotels we have stayed at, including the Marriott across the road, where we had stayed on a previous occasion. Would consider this hotel again even for visiting the West End, the experience could be worth the tube/taxi journey. We didn't take breakfast but were offered a discount should we chose to.
