The Allegria Hotel

October 26,2024 we celebrated my daughter’s baby shower on the rooftop. The evening before, we checked in for a 2 day stay and was pleasantly greeted by Derrick,the manager. Helpful,courteous and welcoming. Jesse and Sam were outstanding to say the least. Our event went on without a single hiccup. Everything we were promised, we were given. All and I mean all the staff treated us with utmost respect and we will always remember the Allegria with smiles. My granddaughter, was born 6 hours after the shower ended. What a story to tell this Thanksgiving.

We stayed at the Allegria due to having to attend a family funeral. The front desk staff were very accommodating in terms of letting us into our room early to freshen up after our flight and before the viewing. They were also very sympathetic to our plight and were just very kind. Our room was stunning. We were in room 610 and it was spacious enough for our family of 3. My husband and I slept in the very comfortable king size bed and my college age son slept in the Murphy Bed. There was a dining area with a mini fridge and microwave and a living room area. There was a TV in the living room and a TV in the bedroom. The views of the ocean and boardwalk were stunning. It was decorated like a beach house and it had a pleasant and relaxing beach chic vibe. It became our sanctuary and a place to decompress after the wake, funeral, and luncheon reception. In checkout day Sharon accommodated our request for a slightly later checkout as our flight was @ 3:00 PM. I would highly recommend the Allegria hotel for a beach weekend or if your travels take you to that part of Long Island. The other option in Long Beach, DEFINITELY didn’t look that nice, at least from the outside.

My stay at the Allegria Hotel has been wonderful. The accommodations have been top-notch, with exceptionally clean rooms and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff like Sharon, Ruben, and Julissa to name a few, has gone above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect, making this a truly enjoyable experience.

I went to dinner at the Atlantica on the Boardwalk at sunset with my husband. The Decor, Drinks, Food and service from our amazing waitress Lois was excellent. I’m an extremely picky eater and I truly enjoyed every dish. I look forward to going back.
