Fairmont Makati

Dedicated check-in for Accor Plus members is always plus points for me. We were invited for welcome drinks while waiting for check-in, and we were also accommodated for early check-in. Service in the lounge, restaurants, even the pool and concierge were top notch. I had an incident at the pool area on our 2nd night and staff were attentive enough that I didn't have to explain further, they already know what to do and sent a nurse in our room and even called to check on me. It was really comforting. They even gave me a gift upon check out. I love the Le Labo toiletries! Location is just excellent as Landmark, Greenbelt and Glorietta are across the hotel. Huge rooms with a lot of closet space and large working desk. I love the sustainable efforts like the water bottles and toiletries. Pool area is nice too with area for kids. It feels like a family hotel because of the families with small kids that were staying as well during that time. Thank you for a wonderful Valentine stay, Fairmont Makati!

The hotel is excellent and I am a regular visitor. I would like to especially praise Ms Frei Tan for her excellent professionalism, hospitality and kind manners. She was very helpful with us during the stay and always greeted us with a smile.

Stay began with our check in by Marvie. It was immediately obvious the hotel hires well. She was patient, well informed and professional. It’s apparent she took her education in hospitality serious. I hope the hotel provides opportunities for career growth to her and others like her. Room and services were far better than expected and I’d stay here again if I return to Manila.

Remarkable and outstanding friendly check in service. Upgrade to Fairmont Gold lounge access if you can. Very good evening buffet in Spiral restaurant on ground floor. Fairmont Lounge on the 7th floor is a beautiful space but the evening lounge food was a little disappointing as the food was all vegetarian except for one fish snack. Lounge breakfast was also unnecessarily limited in variety.

We will keep excellent memories of our stay in the hotel and in Manila. It’s perfectly well located and we enjoyed our time at the loundge and also at the roof top. Beautiful view from there. it’s the ideal place to drink a cocktail after dinner.
