Peaceful, luxury experience in Manila
This is my favorite hotel for business travel to Manila. The staff are wonderful, at check-in and also in the club lounge. Accommodations are spa-like, with plush robes and towels, comfortable bedding, and overall just a very inviting and peaceful place to stay. Highly recommend!

Here in Philippines for business trip. Have been staying in Fairmont makati for many times. Good check in experience. Served by miss Kathlene of concierge. She has been attentive to details and provide assistance. Would definitely recommend anyone to consider staying in Fairmont

Fairmont Makati Hotel
We arrived to Fairmont Makati hotel travelling from El Nido. Sadly due to adverse weather conditions our luggage stayed in El Nido. Hotel staff, particularly Fairmont Makati Hotel Manager and Concierge RK assisted us and we felt very well looked after. Our room had been upgraded as well, which was a very unexpected and nice surprise. I strongly recommend Fairmont Makati Hotel and very friendly staff🙂

Great Hotel in Makati
+ Location + Fantastic Breakfast + Attentive Service - At nights noisy from outside I really liked nearly everything. My Highlight is the breakfast with a wide selection and good quality. The rooms are good but in parts a little bit old. If I m in Manila again then I ll come back to Fairmont Makati.

Not so Fair Experience at Fairmont
Requested Room was not given, i booked it early Dec 2024. They assigned me to a different room with a clogged toilet. With weak water pressure as well. Spetrum staff not attentive. I ask this young lady for condiments she just put it on my table without saying a word. Beware with the Spectrum Manager with J as first name intial. The most plastic staff i have encountered. I gave him a good feedback he thank me. All smile. He asked me if ill come back i said yes and i gave him the date. He said he will surely wait for me and welcome me. 3 weeks had past, i came back he ignored me. ( Like what he's tired? Then its not an excuse ) , I noticed him that he attends to other guests at the table next to mine. Its like he doesn't care even if you're a platinum accor member.
