Discovery Primea

We stayed in one of Primea suites to celebrate the birthday of our son, and it turned out to be an unforgettable truly “WOW” experience for me and my family. We enjoyed our stay with the hotel room facilities & amenities, and ambiance, swimming pool as well as our breakfast at Tapenade restaurant. The staff were incredibly hospitable, who valued guests’ time, who had a pleasant attitude and delivered extraordinary services. My family was greeted with a warm welcome at check-in to attentive service by front desk staff during our stay. You will feel that everyone aims to exceed expectations with gestures that go the extra mile. We were surprised by the birthday bedding arrangement-set-up on the bed, birthday cake, and lastly, a handwritten birthday card greeting from the GM of the hotel. Kudos to housekeeping, Primea suite is an immaculately clean room. Fresh linens and spotless bathrooms have created a very positive impression of a genuine luxury hotel in the heart of the Makati business district. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the support provides us with exceptional quality sleep throughout the night. Thanks to Concierge team as well on their pro-active assistance on their valet services to our cars. We will definitely return on this hotel and highly recommend to our friends and family

Always liked the Primea. The spot on location , easy underground access, homey and complete amenities , good room service menu options and the classy restaurants make it rank among the top. Actually stayed here several times but it was years when I finally got the opportunity to come back . Some observation though , the TV needs major upgrade , to make it a smart , streaming type. The Tv in the bathroom is also quite hard to navigate . The breakfast buffet experience in Tapenade seem a little off , I can’t explain. To think it was a weekend. Finally , even I verbally mentioned that I was staying at the hotel since I’m celebrating my birthday , nothing came out of it. My daughter several years back had hers being also ignored to the point she chooses to have her occasion at the nearby property instead. Anyway it is just an observation. Would still consider and recommend it .

My entire experience was outstanding. From the time I checked in to departure, the entire staff was very kind and courteous. The property is beautiful and the bed is one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. Highly recommend this property. Thank you to the entire staff.

We booked the Primea King Suite (2BR) and stayed for 2 nights. Not much has changed and very much enjoyed the stay, this time we pushed to relax by the bar and the pool on seperate occassions. Another great stay at Discovery, although we did have a few issues and I wish Dsicovery would do better with it: Issue during breakfast : 1. We were stopped on the way to breakfast due to my child's attire not up to par with the dress code (wearing PJs). The Manager (big man in a suit) was apologetic. We complied to this and had our child change her attire, but right after - we noticed that other people disobeying the dress code, and they were present during breakfast. eg. Person wearing a Sando and Gym shorts as well as another person wearing almost the same Bright Red Pajamas. We'll happily comply to the dress code, but seeing other people ignore this rule and the Manager not doing anything about it makes us feel like the rules are only enforced selectively / sparingly. Otherwise, it would feel like prejudice is being applied to certain people. not a good look.

We were very pleased with our stay at Discovery Primea. The staff was very hospitable and gracious. We had a two bedroom suit and an additional room nearby for our party of 5. The suit was a great space to relax as a family. It also had a small washer/dryer. We loved the infinity pool with views of park and city. The rooftop restaurant was stunning and the food was excellent. The concierge was very helpful in planning for dinner reservations and private city tour. The location of the hotel was wonderful. We enjoyed walking to different restaurants and shopping areas. As tourists we felt comfortable walking in this beautiful area even at night.
