Excellent welcome for a start, lovely and luxurious room with wonderful views of the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful. All staff were approachable. Any issues were dealt with aplomb. We enjoyed our meals and service. A well deserved 5* hotel and will also recommend friends to go. It also has stunning views and shopping malls nearby.

Excellent. Staff are very friendly and caring. Location by the beach and proximity to Puerto Banus are great. Facilities are comprehensive. Pool location is perfect, overlooking the Mediterranean. Have been a regular visitor for over 10 years.

We were very pleased with the kind and nice behavior ofthe staff. They helped us a lot with resolving our complex situation. The room facilities are very comfortable. The location is excelent, on the beach and close to Puerto Banus. Happy to come back ;-)

Lovely area not so much a place to sleep
This hotel must have been a beautiful place a decade ago, but sadly not anymore. The hotel is completely run down and needs a total renovation. Its entertainment and restaurant area is closed due to some legal disputes. The breakfast is served in a small bar area, very chaotic and disorganized. I recommend eating breakfast at the poolside.

A gem of a hotel!
I found the Gran Hotel Guadalpin Banús to be an absolute gem of a hotel. It has an understated elegance & a wonderful sense of calm making for a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast was notably fantastic with a wide selection of very high standard food & its very own Egg Chef. It was a delight being able to have breakfast by the pool & taking time to enjoy such wonderful food & surroundings. But what makes the hotel truly special is its staff. Their welcoming manner, courtesy, professionalism & helpfulness was quite overwhelming & it was a real pleasure to meet such a wonderful team. The biggest thank you to you all & I look forward to returning to your hotel soon.
