I wouldn’t stop anywhere else in Singapore. Love this place. I’ve been to this hotel for about 20 visits now since the Covid lockdown ended and I have had nothing but excellent experiences here- the hotel itself is fantastic and really well located. The rooms are great and the pool and the gym and the virtual spin classes are brilliant also … but the real cherry on the cake for me is the Club Lounge which has the best team of staff that you could ask for; Ariane, Aisla, Yarik, Bala, Cherry, Jenny, Chaw are Lanee all genuine lovely people and I love how they take time to get to know you (and your drinks and breakfast preferences ☺️). Just brilliant. 🤩

Amazing Service. Very Polite, Inviting and accommodating. 5 * The lounge is above and beyond. Peaceful and spacious. The atmosphere is sophisticated and the found is also very well done. Bala went above and beyond to accomadate my friends.

We recently held our wedding banquet, which was a memorable day. From the initial planning stages to the actual event, the team went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Christine from the sales team was exceptional in helping us plan the details. She answered every question with patience and professionalism. She made sure all our requests were accommodated and provided invaluable guidance throughout the process. Haziq from the AV team was a lifesaver! The audiovisual setup was seamless, and he ensured that all the music, lighting, and sound effects enhanced the atmosphere beautifully. The flow of the evening felt magical, thanks to his expertise. Elyn and Darrell from the operations team were absolute stars on the day itself. Their coordination and attention to detail were impeccable, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Whether it was handling last-minute adjustments or ensuring our guests were comfortable, they took care of it all with grace and efficiency. The food, service, and ambiance exceeded our expectations, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about the experience. We are incredibly grateful to the entire team for making our special day truly unforgettable. Thank you for making our dream wedding a reality!

The view was magnificent & each night, I fell asleep to the beautiful night lights of Singapore!! This Hotel was fabulous! The staff were absolutely amazing, helpful & accommodating. Wish I could remember their names as each one of them was a blessing! Our room faced the Marina Bay Sands Hotel & the balcony was lovely to stand & stare at the view. The room itself was quite spacious & beautiful. The bathroom space was fantastic & lux with lots of room. Amenities were great! Loved the shower head & shower water pressure! Perfect! Such a beautiful Hotel to look at. The entrance to the reception area is mesmerising! Love the glass internal elevators so you can see the hotel levels & atrium. The pool & bar was absolutely superb. We stayed 7 nights so we got to use the facilities. The pool was a godsend at the end of a busy day to soothe the aching body! The bar service was brilliant. The lady who looked after us at the time was so attentive and spoilt us! The metro was just across the road, a quick underground walk, less than 5 mins. We found this Hotel to be central to everything we wanted to do. Getting the HOHO bus was a quick 5 min walk too. Singapore Flyer was an easy 15min stroll. There is a shopping centre next door to the Hotel where we grabbed some sushi or local cuisine a few times on our way in or out. We absolutely loved our stay here 10/10

Spent three nights here at the start of a month trip through Malaysia Beautiful hotel lobby and public areas. Great swimming pool with bar. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Location good albeit it was hard to cross the busy road in front of the hotel. Our room was also very nice on the 11th floor. However we had a few issues with the bathroom which probably needs some long term maintenance. To be fair when I complained a chap was sent immediately to fix the issues. Breakfast was superb - huge choice and good quality. We used the main bar once . It was rather soulless and very expensive. Wine measures are not provided on the menu and when I questioned this none of the staff knew what they they supposed to be pouring 150Ml was the best guess. Alcohol is ridiculously expensive anyway in Singapore and at these prices for such a tiny portion we didn’t hang around! Overall a nice hotel
