Four Seasons Resort Marrakech

..coming back to this wonderful Marrakesh hotel. It is so beautiful, so well located 10 minutes from the airport and 5 by taxi from the medina. Cost wise it is less expensive than some of the other high end hotels in Marrakesh and we think better value. The rooms on the 3rd and 4th floors have stunning views of the Atlas Mountains, all the rooms are very comfortable & furnished luxuriously. The main pool is huge and a joy to sit beside and swim in. Extra touches set true 5* hotels apart, like the bar staff pop round with sun cream & cold water. The gym is well equipped and the restaurants serve great food and drinks. Breakfast is extensive and high quality, a must. As with other 4S hotels, The staff at his hotel are excellent, bending over backwards to get everything right, like Badr the receptionist remembering our wedding anniversary with flowers, a little cake and chilled bottle of wine. I wish to give a special mention to Jane on Guest relations who seems to be everywhere and whose attitude is outstanding. Highly recommended for many happy stays!

A fabulous resort, great location and very well kept, beautiful gardens. Great choice of restaurants all serving excellent food. Loved how everything was spotless clean! The staff is amazing and we felt like coming back home and were welcomed like friends. We had lots of interaction with staff not least because my husband suffers from allergies and those needed to be taken care of. Communication between the different departments worked very well and even though they may not always fully understood what we wanted or needed due to the language barrier, everyone surely tried their very best to accommodate. Also loved the adults pool, a tranquil setting only disturbed by some inconsiderate guests shouting into their phones or turning the sound up without care (then again unfortunately, you get that everywhere these days). We can very much recommend this resort on all levels.

The Four Seasons Marrakech always goes above and beyond to surprise me. Finally opened the Zest Roof Top that I personally was waiting for it forever. Nothing like this experience, I know the Japanese concept from Casablanca, but having it in FS Marrakech, my God, what a great idea. I have tried almost everything from the menu including drinks, but again, what made that place so special, is the people and the service and of course Samir the mixologist with his interaction, smile and craftsmanship, made our evening! Very recommended place to try at least 7 times a week or go everyday :) I will definitely go back!

Excellent in every way. The rooms are beautiful. The service is impeccable. They go above and beyond. Food could be better but I never expect great hotel food. It’s right next door to a street with shops and restaurants so it’s easy to grab something outside the hotel,

We had an amazing stay at the resort. We stayed in a Pool View Terrace Suite which was very roomy and was great for the four of us, our son (3) slept on the sofa bed and the hotel provided a crib for our daughter (18 months). The housekeeping team were amazing and the kids had toy camels when we arrived and then a tent to play in as well! The Family pool was brilliant and the staff by the pool were all lovely, they had some toys for the kids as well (noodles and floats etc.). Breakfast was great with lots of choice and was all delicious, again the staff were amazing and the service was really top drawer. The hotel arranged some activities for us which were all amazing, we did a guided tour of the Medina, a trip to the Atlas Mountains were a guide helped us climb up to a beautiful waterfall (and carried our 3 year old back down on his shoulders!). We didn't have a guide for the entire trip just a driver from the hotel who planned out a great itinerary for us! We also did a dinner in the desert with a fire show which the kids loved. In the desert the food was great and the sunset was amazing, well worth the kids staying up for. All of the restaurants at the hotel were great, good choice for dinner between Inara (Morocan), Quattro (Italian) and Zest (Japanese). Our favorite was probably Quattro but the Sushi, cocktails and views at Zest were brilliant as well. We booked a babysitter each evening so we could have dinner without the kids and she was brilliant. We had lunch each day at Azera with the kids (they also had their dinner there as well) and the food was great, the staff were amazing and so great with the kids, they made a huge fuss of them and went out of there was to make sure they were happy, Riad and his team are really brilliant. Overall we would highly recommend a stay here, its a great blend of relaxing by the pool and some really fun activities. Above all the staff and service are absolutely amazing and I cannot speak highly enough about them. Thank you to the entire team for a truly wonderful and memorable stay!
