Very nice hotel
Very nice experience at the hotel but Tatich drivers are like Taxy drivers or bus drivers, they drive very fast, no caution , very close to the other cars and that may cause and accident, one day in special my friend nearly drop of the car in a curve.

Amazing staff and experience!!
Such an amazing place. We had such a special vacation at Fairmont, we made memories that will truly last a lifetime. During our stay we were so lucky to have such an incredible butler, you have to request Marco! He really made our stay so personal and went out of his way to make everything so special. Because of him we are coming back next year! Also be sure to visit Tauro and request Herman. He was incredible! We went back to the restaurant because he was so great! And be sure to go to Brisa’s and visit Kennett who was such an incredible bartender! He made the best drinks and made all of our evenings so fun and special! Do not miss visiting this incredible resort!!!

Superb. Impeccable. Sensational.
Our stay at the Fairmont was like drinking the finest bottle of wine you could dream of… each day proved to age better than the previous. Our expectations were exceeded by the delicious, healthy food available at the multiple restaurants across the property. The only thing better than the delectable meals and gorgeous property was the service. The staff of the Fairmont take the term “A+ service” to a whole new level unlike we had ever experienced. Alejandro, Irvin, Jeronimo, Sebastian, Miriam, Roberto, Bruno (just to name a few) treated us with a level of consideration and attention to detail of the highest possible quality. Lastly, our butler, Alejandro, solidified for us that the Fairmont only offers the best of the best. Not only was he at our service to accommodate whatever request we may have had, his personable spirit and hard work was contagious and inspiring. Alejandro and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to ensure that our family will never forget our stay at the Fairmont. Cheers Fairmont, until next time!

Thanksgiving getaway at Mayakoba
Satisfied and happy with this resort. Definitely for family. Few restaurant to choose from. Transportation around the resort was easy— bicycles and golf carts were cool to ride. Bottled water was complimentary which was good! All the staff and crews were friendly. Definitely come back!

A fabulous holiday!
We had a fabulous holiday week at the Fairmont! Beautiful beaches, amazing food, and lots of great activities. We particularly appreciated Alejandro, a member of the Fairmont team who was assigned to help our family. He was incredible at helping guide us to a great vacation.

We had an amazing 4-night stay at the Fairmont Mayakoba! Due to availability we had to pay for an upgrade to a casita and we were glad that we did, it was lovely and in a great location. Bottled water was plentiful and always available in the room. We enjoyed every meal we had and the breakfast buffet had every option available and was top quality! The resort staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The beach was beautiful and the beach side service was very good. They even came by and offered cucumber slices with a cool towel to rest your eyes, mango popsicle refreshments, both free and a very nice touch! We did not mind the golf cart service to the beach, which was a good distance from the rooms. They were easily found and it was a very pleasant ride as the resort property is a tropical jungle gem. The other highlight (not to be missed) is the on-property mangrove boat tour, again at no charge! Be sure to make a reservation for one of the morning tours, best animal viewing at that time. A great experience at the Fairmont Mayakoba!
