2 WHOLE MONTHS FOR THE WOMEN'S STEAM ROOM BROKEN!!!!!
2 WHOLE MONTHS AND THE WOMEN'S STEAM ROOM IS STILL NOT FIXED AT THE GYM??? THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE AND BEYOND EMBARRASSING! NO MORE EXCUSES! THE FEES ARE 5-STAR, BUT WHAT ABOUT THE SERVICES??? THIS IS EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. "NEXT WEEK, NEXT WEEK" ... WHAT YEAR ARE YOU EVEN TALKING ABOUT?

We had the most incredible honeymoon stay at 1 Hotel South Beach, and we can’t recommend it enough! From start to finish, the experience was beyond exceptional, thanks to the amazing staff, particularly Mickey at Concierge and Briana from Guest Experiences. Mickey went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect itinerary and Briana added so many thoughtful touches to make our honeymoon truly unforgettable. The hotel itself is stunning - clean, aesthetic, and perfectly designed. Every corner exudes a positive and happy vibe. The entire team was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel so welcomed.

THE place to stay in South Beach
The hotel was awesome and the concierge was first class. The location, facilities and services were all excellent. We asked the concierge to book a few dinners for us and they did a terrific job of getting us in the best places. Highly recommend this place.

3 days in Paradise
The staff were the friendliest and so helpful. Specifically Victoria and Ernesto, two of the staff who worked at the main pool were so helpful and kind and made our experience even better. The facilities were incredible. The gym was the nicest one I’ve ever seen. Great equipment and a variety of them. The food, at each of the different restaurants was so good. The breakfast at Habitat was amazing. The rooftop pool was the perfect relaxing vibes and staff at the rooftop pool were so helpful and friendly. The room was spacious, clean and a gorgeous design. 10/10 experience and would definitely go again!

Dana & Raul from Watr are the greatest people I’ve ever met! I love 1 hotel so much. I’ve stayed here 100 time and may that continue. The staff are so friendly, Alexander at reception is great too. I look forward to staying at the hotel every time I travel here, everyone is so pleasurable and make my experience great. There’s no other hotel I would rather stay at on god.
