Do not stay here. Negligent staff and bad rooms.
Probably one of the worst experiences I have had at a hotel. To start, they gave us the key to someone else’s room. We walked in on someone and immediately had to run and find our luggage before it was sent up there. The front desk barely apologized and acted as if WE were wrong. We also overheard another guest have the same experience. Our friends keys did not work and she was not able to get into her room at all. The rooms were dirty with broken furniture. Multiple floors had broken ice machines so we could not get any ice nearby. I would never recommend or go back.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!
We are lifetime Platinum members with Marriott. First: No chair in room. Lightbulbs in room burned out. Impossible to print boarding pass because all computers and printers are broken. I will never stay here again!!! There are too many places waaaaay better

Winding down in style and comfort
Nice hotel and friendly staff. They were able to check us in at 10am after we ended our cruise which was nice. That way we had a whole day to relax at the resort. The complimentary chairs on the beach were a definite bonus. Beautiful sand and beautiful experience.

Rainy but Fun!
We had a great stay at the Royal Palm. Even though it was rainy most of days during our visit, the staff made it delightful. The Royal Palm staff made us feel welcomed and provided fantastic service, especially Elizabeth, Chris and Valentina at the front desk. Elizabeth made sure we were happy with our room and always checked on us to see if we needed anything. Whenever we come to SoBe, we always stay here and we never regret it!

Awesome stay on the beach!
The hotel was amazing. The cabana with the chairs and towels on the beach was great. The hotel staff was awesome and very attentive. We had a great girls trip and would definitely return and recommend to everyone! A lot of great food and shopping places within walking distance.
