Entire outdoor seating area closes at six
The number one asset this mediocre hotel has is a beautiful pool area right on the bay. What’s mystifying to me is why you would close that pool and the entire seating area around it at 6 PM every day. So you’re in Miami at a supposedly 4 to 5 star hotel and there’s quite literally nowhere outdoors you can sit. Baffling and frustrating. Huge detractor to the whole experience. Additionally, the rooms are tired and need remodeling, tender care and an upgrade. Lots of signs of wear and tear and people partying in this hotel that probably looked nice 10 years ago. On the plus side, the pool staff was very kind and nice

Nendia from Security is amazing!!
Nendia from Security was incredible. She helped me find some very important items that were left behind for me to pick up from the hotel. She was so attentive and helpful, went out of her way to go through all of lost and found. Best security ever

Welcoming beautiful paradise
We have been here many times and this hotel is wonderful. A beautiful pool, an amazing view where we watched the sunset every evening , super friendly and warm staff and excellent food . Everything is here in this one beautiful spot . Every staff member provided great service . Ashleigh and Priscilla were extremely nice and helpful at the pool and Daria and Broni and Claudia took great care of us at the restaurant. Try this place out , you won’t be sorry .

Best Christmas Ever.
In Miami for a work trip during the holidays, I decided to visit the bar of the hotel on Christmas Day and Natalie was so professional and knowledgeable she recommended me really good cocktails according to my preferences. Best drinks in the area, hands down. Also great views of the outside bar/ restaurant. Hopefully my job will send me back to Miami so I can enjoy the hospitality from the whole team including Alvin, until next time.

Christmas is the best here!
An amazing Christmas brunch with Jose! The $35 whispering angel alone is worth the experience but the food and service makes it so much better! Had a really great time with the staff and.. oh yeah… the espresso martinis are great! Def the best place to take people from out of town!
