Wonderful hotel, pool and restaurant
Upmarket hotel with a great atmosphere, lovely areas, great restaurant and pool area, access to the beach is very easy as well as a nice walk along the coast. Great for families and business visitors alike. The staff are very friendly and attentive. We had a great time!

Uphill from reception
Every stay in a hotel starts with the reception. In this case it was a very bad start. When we arrived on February 18th, early evening the reception was disheartening. No smile, no welcome, the person at the reception pretending not to hear a question, no guidance to the facilities of the hotel, just awful. Fortunately it went uphill from there: the restaurant staff in particular is lovely, the food we sampled was excellent (including the breakfast), relaxed atmosphere in the hotel and great poolside and beach facilities. Location is fantastic and the rooms have a good size and sunrise views over the ocean (provided you book the ocean view room)

Great time at the Palms... staff was friendly, rooms were great and overall liked the location and all the amenities the Palms had to offer. Look forward to visiting them again. The pool and beach access was great and look forward to taking advantage of those in the future. Also had a great massage at the spa -- wins all around.

Excellent value for money at the heart of Miami Beach!
This hotel boasts an ideal location in the vibrant heart of Miami Beach, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. The rooms are exceptionally comfortable, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of fun. Additionally, the staff are incredibly friendly and professional, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a delightful short stay in Miami!

Beautiful and exceptional
Absolutely beautiful property and location. The staff was exceptional. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. Everything from the beach, the pool, the tiki bar, the restaurant, and the staff…I have zero complaints. Valet parking was easy and convenient and took the stress out of finding parking. We’d have our car within 10 minutes or less from texting the valet.
