It's our go-to winter getaway, and it's no surprise why. We can't say enough good things about the service, hospitality, friendliness, and professionalism of the staff at the St. Regis Bal Harbour. We should also give a shout-out to Mr. Fabien Gnemmi, the hotel manager, who's on top of every little detail, and Ms. Nandie Wilmot, the market director of reservation sales. She made sure our stay was enjoyable from start to finish, and the team took care of everything we needed. They've set a new bar for luxury customer service. We'll definitely stay again and recommend it to all our associates and friends. Thanks!

We have been coming to the St regis Bal Harbor for over 10 years, and have been here dozens of times. This is an amazing hotel. Every room is spacious and each room has a terrace facing the ocean. The atmosphere is amazing and friendly. Service is amazing and everyone here is a pleasure to meet. We came with our children and grandchildren, and everyone had the best time. They have two pools, a general pool for everyone as well as an adult only pool. The beach is beautiful and they have nice comfortable lounge chairs there. Breakfast at the St regis is an amazing experience and we always enjoy that. Special shout out to Salih, Samir, and Jean, who have been here for many years and we know them personally. The front desk staff is always amazing and accommodating. Upon check in, we were upgraded very nicely as a Platinum member. I would like to give a special shoutout and thanks to Rebecca N, Dallas E, Laura O, Laura C, and Ricardo. They are all amazing and an integral part of the hotel and the front desk staff. They are the first and last people you meet at the hotel, and they are all warm, friendly, and make everyone feel welcome. Also a shout out to Salonge the wonderful Concierge, and Beyza, in the Butler service area. We love the St Regis Bal Harbor and we never get tired of returning and will surely return soon.

We stayed for a couple of nights over the holidays and had a great time. The hotel decor, rooms and service are all exceptional. Walking into the hotel we were wowed by the holiday decorations. At every step the service is flawless with lots of treats offered for kids. We were also impressed by our room. We had heard the hotel had aged but our room was spacious and brand new. Every room seems to have a great ocean view. We enjoyed the gym, morning coffee bar, buffet breakfast, pool and beach. We also loved running and strolling along the beach boardwalk path that continues all the way down to South Beach. The proximity to the Shop At Bal Harbour is also a bonus. Overall a great property. The only negative was the bike situation. Bike rentals are supposed to be included in the resort fee but we had to download a third party app to access a bike which then charged us for our rentals. One of the bikes broke down and we had to walk it a mile back.

We stayed there last week for my birthday. It is on the beach in Bal Harbour right across the street from Bal Harbour shops. The off season is apparently August and September so we had a good rate of around 400 a night. We were on the 9th floor, room 915. It is a small hotel of about 200 rooms, we were one a maybe 2 dozen people there and a few celebrities. The hotel is an older hotel that has been modernized. Our room had an excellent layout including my preferred separately closer off toilet area, and really nice patio with large lounge chairs etc. The bed was fine and linens and toiletries were what you expect at a 5 star hotel. The staff we excellent as expected, the pool area was nice as was the beach. The jacuzzi area was under construction. The spa was also really nice and our massage was great. They also put out a really nice spread for my birthday. We also eat at their restaurants and I liked the French pastry place the best. The guest are what you typically expect with a large percentage of them from overseas. The only thing I thank they could approve
