Al Bustan Palace, A Ritz-Carlton Hotel

My cousin and I spent 5 nights at Al Bustan Palace for her 30th birthday and my goodness, we were in for a treat! Whilst quite steep in price, the hotel is truly a palace and worth it; the lobby, the mountain view, the beaches, infinity pool and gardens are truly heavenly. Aside from some slight hiccups with our bathroom sink's drain stopper somehow managing to close everyday (which was promptly sorted by the housekeeping team!), our rooms were incredibly comfortable; both my cousin and I said the beds and pillows were the softest in any hotel we've ever stayed in. The hotel was incredibly clean and luxurious to stay in. The service and staff were incredibly accommodating and kind. They went above and beyond. Prior to our hotel stay, I had requested a special something for my cousin for her 30th birthday, and we found the room full of balloons and a delicious chocolate cake waiting for her. Furthermore, the staff were incredibly accommodating for late check-outs as my cousin was not feeling well towards the end of our trip. The Ladies Beach and Ladies Beach Bar Club were absolutely incredible; there's a lovely team at the beach bar (Junu and co.) who were incredibly friendly, helpful and kind. My cousin became ill towards the end of our trip (flu season, sadly!) and the beach club team were incredibly kind and brought her hot drinks (ginger teas, peppermint teas) etc. and were just ever so kind and lovely to chat to. Neither of us wanted to leave and we will definitely be going back in the future! Thank you Al Bustan Palace team! We truly felt at home and both of us felt that this was our favourite holiday and trip ever.

This hotel was one of the best stays at a Bonvoy property. Everything is excellent. They have a great local tea experience and high tea buffet. The suites are amazingly planned and overlook the beach. The spa area is well equipped and we had a great spa treatment.

I stayed in January 2023 at this luxurious exclusive beachfront palace. The hotel reception is the most beautiful I have ever seen. A true palace. The rooms are comfortable and have a sea view. The breakfast is incredible and there are good restaurants. The service is very friendly and generous. The exclusive beach is calm and good for walking. Good pools.

We had the pleasure of spending a day at the Ritz-Carlton’s private beach as part of the Ladies Beach & Spa experience, and it was absolutely incredible! The private beach is stunning – pristine, peaceful, and perfectly maintained, offering a luxurious and serene environment to relax. The spa facilities were equally exceptional, providing a tranquil escape with top-notch services and amenities. The staff was warm, attentive, and made us feel truly pampered throughout the day.
