Andaz Napa

When we arrived late in the evening, we just experienced a day of flight delays, and my luggage was lost. The front desk staff made the day better. They had a bag of toiletries waiting for me, glasses of wine ready, and a warm welcome. They immediately took the stress out of the day and put us in Napa getaway mode. I can't say enough about the team here. Plus, the hotel rooms are so comfortable -- clean, quiet, and spacious. And the location is an easy walk to many restaurants and shops. We will definitely return the next time we are in Napa.

The hotel definitely is the best in Napa with easy access to all of the restaurants and shops. I received an upgrade to a suite with fire place and balcony, which made me feeling so rewarded with my Hyatt globalist status. Breakfast was excellent and service was impeccable. If I come back to Napa again, I will stay at the same hotel.

My wife and I took off for a weekend getaway in Napa. The Andaz is a perfect location to the local restaurant and wine bars. The staff is very responsive to our needs. The only mishap we had was we were informed that we cannot bring our small dog but we found out during our stay you can for $150 fee. This misinformation will not deter us from rebooking at this hotel because the hotel itself is maintained well, the staff is excellent, breakfast was good, and you cannot beat the location. You can't go wrong from complimentary free covered parking. We booked the Andaz Tower Suite and we are Hyatt Globalists

Everything you could ever want in a hotel: clean, comfortable mattress, spacious bathroom, friendly staff, walkability to restaurants and shops, the wine train has a stop within walking distance of the hotel, the farm to table restaurant is very good, guests are given refillable water bottles upon arrival. There is a bar and seating area both inside and out. The outside area is quite large with umbrellas and fire pits for guests to relax.

We had our Annual Kick Off Meeting at the Andaz. It was great. Everyone was dedicated to offering great customer service for the entire 5 day event. From planning the event to billing afterwards and everything in between, all 5 star. Rooms were all very upscale. It is in a great location in Downtown Napa as well. Highly recommend.
