Amazing first time
Beautiful water views and comfortable rooms with the fluffiest pillows ever. Pools and food were spectacular. Helpful staff and the resort is very close to downtown. They even have a golf cart or shuttle to go around so that is a plus. Would recommend.

Good resort
We stayed in the main hotel which was very comfortable. The mystery locked cupboard in our room turned out to be the down pipe from the roof, so when the heavy rain started it sounded as if a waterfall had been turned on. Very glad it was 5pm and not during the night. There’s no bar on the hotel side you have to go to the Club area which is a bit of a shame when you just want a night cap after dinner. The club area pools, lounger’s and bar/grill was very nice reasonably priced, very clean and the staff accommodating. All of the teams were great and friendly. Unfortunately at checkout we were charged for our prepaid room so 5 days before we get that back on our card. Good job I asked for a paper invoice and checked it. There are excellent valet drivers to shuttle you around the resort and downtown/beach which is excellent. A very nice stay.

Go elsewhere!
If you're looking for amenities, and great customer service, go elsewhere! Pool closes at dusk which means we had no access to pool or hot tub after 5:30 at night. Concierge never followed up when I asked to book a boat either. Right next to a very LOUD and busy road and airport. I received better service and rooms showed better at locations a third of the price. Checked out early. Was given credit and then got a call that they were recsinding the credit.

Excellent Experience!
We had a wonderful time with our family of 7 at Naples Bay Resort! We rented two 2-bedroom suites and the views on our large balconies were amazing. The access to the club with 5 pools, a spa and a gym really made the trip! The service was excellent. Domenica at the front desk was especially kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

Excellent service!
Did not yet stay, but had to write and comment on the excellent customer service from front desk personnel, Dominica. She was very patient, professional and friendly when explaining the room choices plus showing each option to me! Such a rarity in this day to have that level of service and I was sincerely impressed with her!

Marilyn is the best concierge I have ever had in a resort! All the front desk were amazing... Drivers are great! The resort experience was beyond expectation - I would only stay here for my next Naples visit.

Everyone was very pleasant. Accommodations are very comfortable and nice. The Spa facilities are wonderful as well as the staff. It was convenient to have the shuttle and the attendants were friendly and helpful.
