Great Experience!!
Great experience as always. Hope, concierge was quite helpful with all our needs. Domenica at front desk went above and beyond her duties helping me with iPad and iPhone. Very professional. Tony, Thomas and Jenna helpful in all out trips to and from hotel to destination. Nicole Rosario always helpful in booking our trip. Thank you all for making our trip a successful one. A great way to experience the ambience of Old Naples at a reasonable price.
We love the cafe at Naples Bay Resort & Marina. The setting is fabulous - right on the water; the service is top notch, fast and friendly and the food & coffee are great. It is a must visit when in Naples. The staff there, Carla, Akriza, Gerana, Diego, Nia, Nemanje, Shelly & Kristina will make sure your time there is an enjoyable Naples experience.

Coffee Shop Excellence in Downtown Naples
The coffee shop at the Naples Bay Resort is something special. We stop in here two or three times a week after cycling the coast of Naples. The staff and service is "over the top". We are always greeted with warm smiles and our orders are taken before we enter the coffee shop so our coffee, muffins, Studel or whatever arrive minutes after we arrive. Akriza, a staff member remembers my order when I get off my bike making me really feel special. If you are in downtown Naples walk over the bridges to the the resort and treat yourself to some special hospitality and great fare. The views around the marina are cool as well.

Great coffee shop
We love the coffee shop. They make us feel so welcome. The staff is outstanding: friendly and efficient in taking our orders. We go there regularly and would highly recommend this fine jewel. The food is always fresh with a good selection. Christine, the manager runs a tight ship. We so appreciate all her hard work.

We go as a group three times a week
The coffee shop is great. Great service. Food looks delicious. Been going with our biking group for a couple of years three times a week. They now expect us.. they know our orders ! Comfortable seating. Punch cards for free coffee. A must try if in Naples.

Everyone was very pleasant. Accommodations are very comfortable and nice. The Spa facilities are wonderful as well as the staff. It was convenient to have the shuttle and the attendants were friendly and helpful.
