Naples Bay Resort

If you're looking for amenities, and great customer service, go elsewhere! Pool closes at dusk which means we had no access to pool or hot tub after 5:30 at night. Concierge never followed up when I asked to book a boat either. Right next to a very LOUD and busy road and airport. I received better service and rooms showed better at locations a third of the price. Checked out early. Was given credit and then got a call that they were recsinding the credit.

We had a wonderful time with our family of 7 at Naples Bay Resort! We rented two 2-bedroom suites and the views on our large balconies were amazing. The access to the club with 5 pools, a spa and a gym really made the trip! The service was excellent. Domenica at the front desk was especially kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

Did not yet stay, but had to write and comment on the excellent customer service from front desk personnel, Dominica. She was very patient, professional and friendly when explaining the room choices plus showing each option to me! Such a rarity in this day to have that level of service and I was sincerely impressed with her!

What a beautiful stay and experience at this fine hotel! We absolutely loved our stay at the Naples Bay Resort and Marina-enjoyed the private balcony overlooking the gorgeous marina- a huge thank you to Hope -concierge- for surprise upgrade to our room! What a perfect way to spend our 40th anniversary! The bottle of Prosecco was a perfect touch as well! All the staff were lovely. We enjoyed the coffee shop for breakfast on the marina. We will look forward to returning soon!!

I would like to say everything about this hotel is great! We stayed 3 times in 6 months!You are greeted when you pull up by some amazing people. Thomas and Jerry are not only kind and sweet they are very helpful. They really were 2 of the greatest guys and we loved chatting with them! The front desk Nate, was super kind and friendly! Hope the concierge goes out of her way and is so kind, and sweet. We actually felt a connection because she is so genuinely kind! Our room was beautiful and had a great view. I am a clean freak and it was very clean. I was very happy about that! The coffee shop/lunch spot was great. They had all kinds of smoothies, coffee and sandwiches. The workers were all super friendly too! The pool was awesome,not only was it clean the servers and bartender were so nice. I don't remember the guys name that was a bartender but Kellie was there most days and she was simply so fun, and nice and we enjoyed talking with her! Marta was another person down there. She went out of her way the first time we went down there to help us with something. I can't say enough about this place.... some of the workers seemed like family from staying so long 3 times so close together. They remembered our names and we enjoyed the conversations! We like it so much here we want to come back this spring/summer.. hoping spring but prices are a bit high so probably summer. We would like to celebrate our anniversary and look for our forever home out there. Thank you to all of you for making such a big impact and showing there is still kind people in this world. I can say even if you live nearby this hotel.. it is a very nice get away for locals too!
