I have never written a Trip Advisor review before. We have stayed at several five star hotels and I’m always grateful to read everyone else’s reviews. But I feel compelled to write a review now because our experience has been amazing and doesn’t align with some of the reviews I read before our trip. I was hesitant about booking this hotel based on the reviews…but our experience was absolutely fabulous! We have a family of four with a 12 and 8 year old and booked a suite with a king sized bed in one room and a fold out couch in another and we asked for a cot. The kids slept more than they ever have in their whole lives. Ta-da! Is the decor a little dated? Sure. And if this was a romantic trip with my husband maybe I would have cared more. But everything was very clean when we arrived and continued to be exemplary. Most importantly the service was amazing. Truly amazing. I want to hug each and every person who made each day awesome and tell them how proud of them I am. We rented a car to drive over from our stay with my parents so we didn’t have to rely on the shuttle to get to the Ritz Hotel on the beach a mile or so away. The sunset at Ritz Naples is AMAZING. We got a beach cabana one day and it was totally worth it. We had dinner at Gumbo Limbo two nights and it was delicious! Put your name on the list early…like 4:30 early. We went into town one night and had dinner at Bicylette and it was AMAZING!! This is a fantastic hotel for a family vacation.

We just came back from an amazing family stay at Ritz Tiburon Naples during festive. I had yet to stay at a property during festive where every single guest had a chair and umbrella coverage at the pool, until now as a travel advisor this is the number 1 negative feedback I receive from clients (at this property I'm able to get $100 resort credit as well daily complimentary breakfast.) The staff were also extremely friendly and accommodating. We picked this property for the amenities for my twins (3.5) in addition to having a waterpark with slides and lazy river for big kids, they also had a splash park inclusive of three mini water slides which enters into very shallow water so it was not necessary for me to go in with them. They also had a ton of holiday offerings inclusive of an ice skating rink and multiple movie nights under the stars with complimentary popcorn and hot chocolate. There’s also a playroom outfitted with life-size foam tiles that kept the kids very entertained. It’s not just for kids. If into golf there are two magnificent Greg Norman designed courses on property and state-of-the-art fitness center with spa offerings. We loved the food at Ria (open for lunch + dinner, Latin American cuisine,) they also have a quick service breakfast option as well as sit-down option at Lemonia and of course room service. The other Ritz which is beachside is just a 10 minute drive and there is a shuttle to get you there every hour, we had lunch there one day and was very easy to get to. Can’t recommend it enough.

The Ritz Carlton is usually top notch high end. This particular property is dated and worn. The best thing about staying here was the amazing lazy river pool. The club lounge was amazing and offers delicious cookies all day ! As far as the overall experience goes it looks pretty great except the interior dated older furnishings and carpet.

Planned a last second holiday trip w the family. Very impressed by the attentiveness of the staff. From the managers like Costel, Thiago and Pratik to the staff the created activities for the kids (Sara and Ryan, in particular) people could not have been nicer. Great hotel to come w kids.

The bathroom had long black hairs in the shower drain, black hairs in the toilet area , and on a bath mat. I asked to speak to the manager and they would not put me through. They said the housekeeping manager would come to the room, but only a supervisor showed. At check out no mention of the complaint was addressed so I brought it up. The manager was behind us and offered a free nights stay, but we were leaving and do not intend to come again. It would be nice to know that bathrooms are sanitized between customers. That was said in the conversation with no reply from the manager as to the fact that they do or what products are used.

We had a wonderful trip. All of the staff was extremely courteous, professional, and happy to help. The room and bathroom were both nicely sized, and sufficient for 2 parents and 2 children.
Please let the hotel know we were very impressed with both Chrissy and Oscar out at the pool, and Andrew for our breakfast service. Thank you!
