Had a delightful stay at the Ritz-Carlton Tiburon Naples last week. As an AMEX platinum card holder & Marriott Bonvoy Gold Elite member, I truly appreciated the extra special touches of room upgrade to an executive suite, early check-in (12 pm) and late checkout (4 pm). I was also touched by the thoughtful details of a welcome glass of champagne & bottles of water, birthday balloon, chocolate-covered strawberries and gifts for my daughter (we were there on an early birthday celebration trip). The food and service were great, the staff polite & helpful, and the room well-appointed. My daughter especially enjoyed the pool/waterpark area. Thank you!

My family recently stayed at the Ritz-Carlton Tiburon for a 3-day stay and had a fantastic time. We were celebrating my wife's birthday, and the staff (thank you Juan, Libby & co) did everything possible to make it special for her. We had 2 different rooms, and they suited our family of five perfectly. The view was of the golf course, and it was magnificent. Each day, we had at least 2 visits from housekeeping taking care of our room needs. While the pool at Tiburon is on the smaller end, they do offer a lazy river to make it fun for the family. And if you want bigger pools and beach access, they have a constant shuttle running to their sister property that provides these extra amenities. The workout facilities they offer are as good as you'll see at any hotel. We didn't use the spa facilities, but had a great chat with the gentleman there about their services. Ritz-Carlton Tiburon has pro-caliber golf tournaments played there, and we were fortunate to have a conversation with a historian of the property on our departure who informed us about all these great tournaments. The people that work at this hotel are proud of it, and it shows on their commitment to service. Lastly, don't ever worry about opening a door in lobby, as one of their staff will always assist you with that, your luggage, or valet services. As a Gold Elite Bonvoy member, I can tell you this property understands how to accommodate its members. We look forward to coming back again.

Staff are extremely kind, welcoming and helpful. Valet is fantastic as well at the staff at check in and housekeeping as well. Unfortunately tennis program is non existent and there is not much info available. Also keep in mind they charge for umbrella usage at the beach location, which is off putting.

recently visited Naples with my family and chose to stay at the Ritz Carlton Tiburon. Here's my candid review of this hotel. Upon arrival, the lobby presented itself as both nice and elegant. The front desk staff were exceptionally nice, even more so than at other Ritz Carlton properties. Pratik, the manager, really understands the concept of customer service and goes above and beyond to make your stay exceptional. They welcomed us with a gift and a handwritten note, and they kindly upgraded us to a one-bedroom suite, which was spacious and pleasant. The waterpark was fantastic! My family thoroughly enjoyed the lazy river, which had a pleasantly strong current. I had fun on their water slides, which are quite cool, especially since they offer tandem inflatables for the slides! The kids' waterpark also looked inviting with its small slides, and there's a standard pool that's fine, though not extraordinary. I appreciated the access to the beachfront property; a convenient shuttle runs every 30 minutes from the Tiburon location. Regarding the room, we stayed in a Tiburon Suite, a notch above the standard one-bedroom suite. It featured a handy coffee bar, a living room, and a dining area suitable for two. However, the furniture in the rooms felt outdated and could benefit from a renovation. I noticed some photos of renovated rooms, like the standard King and Queen sleeping rooms, on their website. The Ritz bed was extremely comfortable, and I only wish I could have enjoyed more sleep! Unfortunately, the sofa bed in our room had a urine stain, which was quite disappointing for a property charging $600 a night. The manager compensated fairly. In summary, I would rate the hotel an 8 out of 10. It's a nice property at first glance, the service is outstanding, but the rooms definitely need a thorough cleaning and some updates.

Just left Ritz today and went across to our favorite place in the S. Beach for the last 21 years:). The only reason for us to visit Gulf coast was our son interest in golf and Tiburon was excellent from this perspective (special mentioning to Tom O"Brian who spend two days with our family and did a great job managing our personalities on the course). The hotel on other hand was somehow disappointing. The best part was a "Lazy River" - great hit with kids and adults and 4th of July celebration - food and fireworks were amazing as well as kids entertainment. Unfortunately, the rest of experience was closer to the 4th star hotel at best. When reservation was made I requested a suite upgrade, but was denied the late night before arrival. This understandable due to the 4th of July check in. At this point I asked for a double bed room to accommodate comfortably our family of 3. Surprisingly I got a response that $50 per night would be charged to guarantee this request. I agreed, but being a Platinum Member was really surprised at this. Upon arrival I was told that $50 will be not charged, but we will get the "last room" available. Room we got is not even listed on the Ritz web site, as all rooms have no "roll in showers". Our room had it, as well as no bath tub, and lower placed everything where one cannot even hang things comfortably. We were too tired to address this and staying only for 5 nights decided we can survive. I would not move the next day, but no one even offered this after hotel became pretty empty. We also signed up for the Ritz Club for our stay, only to find out two days later that it will be closed due to the "low occupancy". Really? I think you would have a better occupancy with the better treatment of your guests. At the same time, attendees at the pool made sue to provide only "two sun beds per room" during all our stay due to the "high occupancy". Do you see an irony here? Service in the restaurants was not consistent (except Ritz Club) with some good and some not so. Room cleaning was Ok, but a towel placed on the sink the first day with our son spilling some mouthwash on, stayed with the same green spot for the whole 5 days. I am sure it would be replaced upon complaint, but do I really have to do this? Final note is for the concierge service. On July 5th I requested from (I think Susan, but not sure) an information regarding our options for South Beach transfer for July 9th. We have a lot of luggage and golf clubs, so some special arrangements had to be made. She invited some other gentlemen who took all the information and they promised to get back to me "shortly" with this. When no one did, I checked with the front desk the night of July 6th on this and was promised the follow up. Nothing happened... Finally, I saw the gentlemen I spoke the first day with on the night of July 7th. His response? "Sorry I forgot". In my mind, this should be concierge responsibility to ensure I am getting some response to my request, not me running after this. As we are still planning to come back for golf at Tiburon, I really hope that someone will read these comments and make Ritz to feel like Rits again.

We had a wonderful trip. All of the staff was extremely courteous, professional, and happy to help. The room and bathroom were both nicely sized, and sufficient for 2 parents and 2 children.
Please let the hotel know we were very impressed with both Chrissy and Oscar out at the pool, and Andrew for our breakfast service. Thank you!
