Lovely stay at Lowes - especially made by the very friendly staff. Comfy rooms lining and bedding. Plenty of storage space and modern bathroom facilities. Stayed in the club level rooms facing the main strip and enjoyed credit to room owing to club lounge closure over the festive period which was much appreciated. Room refreshed every day with coffee and waters, with additional cost snacks available if desired. Numerous food choice ls available for mealtimes with a very nice brunch restaurant serving 6am - 1pm to suit all needs. We were very looked after here by Roger - thank you! Highly recommend a wander to Cenntinnal park. If looking for our of hotel meal options and sun and fork is a good value/quality for an alternative. Door staff (notably Van) porters and reception staff highly attentive and additional features like a gym were well equipped. We stayed for 3nights and felt very well placed to the strip and by the university (definitely worth an explore if you have the time) - For the deal we secured very good value and would happily return - very comfy stay, tasteful decor, convent location, very friendly staff and didn't hear a peep from other rooms.

Nice big room with a very comfotable bed. Had plenty of storage for those staying longer than a few nights. All throughout the hotel were nods to the music heritage of Nashville. I didn’t explore everything that it had to offer, but mostly everything I did see was impressive in both style and hospitality. The view from my room included the nearby university, which in itself was impressive. I had breakfast a couple times, once with pncakes and bacon, and the other with an open faced sandwich with potatoes. Both times with the house coffee and both times the food and wait staff were wonderful. The only drawbacks were that the parking garage elevators felt very run-down. The controls were unresponsive at times and you could not tell where they were from the outside. I ended up finding it faster to just walk up to the parking spot level. The other was my check-in person had a strong french accent and it was difficult to understand everything she was telling me. She was pleasant and helpful so nothing against her, I just had a difficult time understanding. All in all, it was a very good stay and would recommend it to anyone else.

I greatly appreciate that there is a car charger in the hotel garage. That was the main reason we booked at the Lowes, but the charging area isn't policed, so your experience is the luck of the draw. Each Blink charger can only charge one car, but because the port can be on either side of the car, there's an "extra" space that people who aren't charging try to take advantage of. My spouse and I stayed two nights. The first night the car was low and so we paid the idle charges to leave the car on all night -- an over $40 expense. That's fair because you take the space so long, but it's in addition to the $49/day cost for in and out self-parking. The second night, we had to squeeze into a space to get to charge because of a large SUV (not even electric) and a non-charging electric car parked by the free charger, and both parked on the line. All the garage spaces are quite narrow, so I had to climb over the gearing and get out on my husband's side. As far as I can tell, there's nothing to encourage people who shouldn't be there to move. We dutifully went back out to the charger after dinner and moved it to another space to not hog the charger. "Topping off" for a couple hours is much less expensive, as you have a different charging rate. There is an "honor" snack area and mini-fridge in the room already, which is monitored by sensors. If you remove something to make room for your own items, it will charge your room, so this is why you have to ask for a *separate* mini-fridge to be brought up, if you want one. This feels odd since many 2-star hotels these days regularly come with a fridge, and often a microwave, too. The staff are polite and accommodating.

The location is perfect for a business convention, and the staff is incredibly attentive and friendly. The rooms are comfortable, and the beds are fantastic. A special shoutout to Van at the front of the hotel lobby—he was amazing! Always smiling and making sure guests had water and anything else they needed. Van was truly one of the highlights of my trip!

After negotiating the rush hour traffic and the light snow I finally got to the hotel from the international airport. I received a warm welcome from John at the front desk , he was friendly and professional. Very impressive Christmas tree in the lobby area . Check in was smooth, I swiped my key card for the 6th floor in the elevator. The room was a good size , clean and well equipped apart from no fridge ( you can arrange for one to be sent to your room ) . No bedside phone in my particular room, not sure if that’s standard! There is a mini bar / fridge but be careful not to remove any of the items or you will be billed for them ! The bed was super comfortable! as were the pillows. Very good shower and non slip floor in the shower Good sound proofed windows. Wifi signal was reasonably strong . For bars / music etc head for broadway , a quick cab ride or 25 minute walk. There’s a supermarket round the corner from the hotel and Starbucks and Subway are nearby Walgreens is a 15 minute walk . This was a really nice hotel with hospitable staff , friendly and approachable. Very nice rooms , but please position the phone by the bedside instead of across the other side of the room . Thank you for a very pleasant stay
