Loews Vanderbilt Hotel

We come to Nashville often to visit our son at Vanderbilt. The Loews is the perfect location for us. Everyone is so kind and responsive and the food is delicious. We especially appreciate staff members Van, Joe Day and Cody. Can’t wait to come back.

I joined my husband on his work trip to Nashville with our dog and have had the absolute best experience. All of the staff at the hotel has been out of their way kind. They truly made this hotel feel like home for the 3 days we were here. Special thanks to Van!

The hotel was very clean and welcoming. The front office director John dudek was very accommodating to our needs. The bell man was such an amazing help. Joe day helped with our travel downtown many times and helped me load a whiskey barrel into my van.

Hotel was very clean and a relaxing vibe. Our BellMan, Joe Day, was super helpful, accommodating and even helped us load our Jack Daniels whiskey barrel that weighed like 150 lbs into our minivan. The lounge was great too and our bartender treated us very good. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but a free breakfast buffet would be a cool thing to add. We thought it was included so John, daytime manager, did comp us dinner and drinks.

The Staff was so friendly and knowledgeable! Our room was spacious and comfortable. Joe Day with the shuttle service went out of his way to accommodate! And the subtle scent in the lobby/common areas was magnificent! I kept telling my husband that I want it for our home! (@Loews, is it still Aroma Retail, which scent??)
