Omni Nashville Hotel

We enjoyed meeting Rasha today. She was very kind, attentive to details, patient, and friendly, making our experience delightful. We hope to see you the next time we come back to the Omni Nashville Hotel! Thank you so much for the fantastic service!

Went to Bobs Steak House for dinner with some friends. Jade was our server. She was an absolute delight, she was friendly , attentive and always smiling. Jade recommended a few places for us to check out while in Nashville as it was our 1st visit. Definitely won’t be our last. We’re in the customer service business and she was amazing. Lots of peeps can learn from her.

We had a wonderful experience staying at the Omni. We stayed in the executive corner suite and would stay in that room again. The bed was very comfortable and the view was amazing. The food we ordered with room service was wonderful, the service was great, and we had an exceptional experience with Ian at the valet.

We had weekend brunch buffet at Kitchen Notes. The buffet was presented beautifully. I enjoyed the selection of savories like cheddar grits, sausage and made to order omelettes. Our server Rasha was so sweet and personable! She made wonderful recommendations and suggested her favorite, sourdough pancake. Service was excellent and our beverages were never empty. Thank you Rasha for a great breakfast experience at Kitchen Notes!

The staff is amazing and so friendly from check in, bartenders, and our beautiful waitress Rasha! We are 2 friends out on a girl trip and she was so nice and giving us a bunch of things to do for our stay here. Rasha will forever be reminded as radiant and sweet person. We hope to come visit Nashville again!
