Omni Nashville Hotel

The Omni is a great hotel! It is conveniently located to get a full Nashville experience. The rooms are comfortable and immaculate! The hotel offers many amenities from a gym, spa, restaurants and coffee shop. All the staff we interacted with during our staff were friendly, courteous and most of all helpful in making our trip the best. Great all around experience!

Adrianna was awesome! Great service, great advice on recommendations & just a sweet, kind hearted woman to be around. Best hospitality we have had so far in Nashville! We will be back for sure!! Food was so good. We would definitely get the wings again! Honey siracha & Buffalo! Yummy!

Our Firm Retreat was hosted at the Omni Hotel and we're so happy with how everything turned out! The entire process went smoothly, from sourcing a room block to the morning seminar in the event meeting space! Our team + family spent the weekend at the hotel enjoying the spa amenities and Barlines restaurant. Omni Hotel is centrally located so it's easy to get from the airport to Omni hotel, to Broadway bars in no time! The communication and correspondence between the Omni staff and hotel guests is top tier. It was our groups' first time to Nashville and we were all pleased with how well everything turned out.

I have stayed at Omni Hotels in different states so I was excited to stay here in Nashville for a concert. I could not be more disappointed to find a gross used wash cloth and hair on the shower curtain. I called the front desk and asked that it be cleaned and I was sent more towels. ??? I had to wait until the next morning for the shower to be cleaned! Not at all what I expected from the Omni brand. Beware of this Nashville location. Choose somewhere else to stay.

The bedding was great, the shower was great, the Hotel rooms were quiet. The maids did a great job. Excellent location with discounts if you so desire to use them. A personal person assistant for our stay that checked in on us before, during and after out stay. You cannot get any better that that. Oh yes discount rate if you pay attention to there emails.
