The Leela Ambience Convention Hotel Delhi

Overall the property was so comfy, the bed and service was great. The only thing i am very disappointed with is reservation team as they couldn't manage to resolve the issue regarding the payment and then they directed to duty manager jitipesh from which we never got any reply or call back not even single text back. After a long wait we tried again to duty manager cell then a kind manager AMIT understood our issue and resolved it within 1 hour. 4 rating out of 10 is only because Amit who helped us. 5 star hotel where the manager on duty is not so proactive is unacceptable. Disliked · very disappointed with the staff because i had to follow up number of time to make the prepayment which was very annoying.

I recently got Leela’s membership and i’d like to share that the recent stay at leelas east delhi hotel was an amazing experience! All credits to Sayeed Saad (program manager) for honouring the request and making it a pleasant experience.!!

I believe it’s been 4 years that I am a Connoisseur club member and looking forward for many more .. I always have a comfortable stay and memorable time .. special mention of Komal who goes above and beyond to make sure all the requests are catered and I have a great time ❤️

Rooms are neat and clean, recreation zone is nice and the incharge Manisha is very helpful and cooperative. Food is good but service is slow it’s has improve more.nice location nice area, we enjoy a lot of fun, sure will come again Regards Anshul Garg
