Extraordinary service from staff and the best location in New York. Luxury bed and incredible views! Restaurant on level 2 has wonderful breakfast with gregarious long time staffer Sam who pampers guests while Isiah on the roof top is charming and accommodating. So much gratitude to Americo on front desk who always goes above and beyond to ensure a luxury stay… he is warm, friendly and nothing is too much trouble for him, he and others remembers guests and is the reason I keep coming back to The Park Lane! It’s a hotel family in New York, that makes the Park Lane exceptional.

I have been staying at this hotel for years and have witnessed numerous configurations. I am never disappointed when I arrive at Park Lane. This hotel cannot be beat. The best view, best location, and most importantly, the best staff in NYC! Love this hotel.

The Park Lane in NYC is fantastic! The views of Central Park are amazing! The entire staff, from doorman, to check in, to hospitality, housekeeping and even Engineering (no problems, just met a staff member who was so friendly) are beyond accommodating! Highly recommend the hotel!

I absolutely loved this hotel! The staff were all incredible. I wish I knew the name of the very kind lady who worked the breakfast buffet on Friday 1/10/25 and 1/11/25 she was so friendly! All of the doormen and bellman were so helpful with directions as well as help with taxis. The hotel is beautiful and some of the most comfortable beds and pillows. The showers had great water pressure and were nice and hot for the cold January temps.

First of all, we booked a room on a high floor to enjoy unobstructed views of Central Park, as shown in the photos on Booking.com when we made the reservation. However, upon arrival, we were given a room on a lower floor with none of the views we had specifically booked. Secondly, the heating system was broken. Although staff came to repair it, they were unsuccessful, and we had to endure very cold temperatures during our stay, as it coincided with a significant drop in weather conditions. This was particularly difficult for us, as we were traveling with our 6-year-old daughter. When the heating issue was finally resolved, the air conditioning units began to emit a very loud noise, as if a car engine were running inside our room.
