Fluffy pillows, great views, convenient location and friendly staff. Hector, Eddie and desk staff were excellent. Rooms were large and clean. The gym is large and accessible. The shareable door and drinks were fast and tasty. A great trip all around!

We stayed at the hotel for a week in January, and from the moment we checked in, we felt warmly welcomed. The Front Desk agent was incredibly kind and friendly, offering us an upgraded room on the 36th floor with a magnificent view, as well as a late check-out at 2 PM, which we truly appreciated. We absolutely loved the breakfast experience—the staff was wonderful, the food was delicious, and there was a great variety with new options to try each day. The servers always greeted us with a smile, offering coffee and fresh orange juice, which made our mornings even better. A special thank you to Freddie (Freddie Spaghetti) for making our mornings so much fun! He was friendly, funny, shared great recommendations, and ensured we started our day on a positive note. We sincerely appreciate each and every one of you who made our stay so memorable!

Beautiful hotel, great location, good service. However, it is odd that there were no refrigerators in the room other than the one housing the minibar. We visited many great restaurants and wanted to enjoy the leftovers the next day, but had to throw it away because of no ability to refrigerate it.

It is a great location to stay after evening Broadway shows. Most of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The lady who checked us in, Christine, was lovely. The lady who checked us out seemed like she was very annoyed to be working with customers.

Very good rooms! Concierges was great help and the guys outside were outstanding with recommendations to do in the city! Great experience the 3 day weekend we stayed! Thanks all! The food was ok, the restrooms at lobby were always busy but no problems.. also great view from top rooms!
