The staff at The Langham went above and beyond, particularly during a medical emergency I faced during my stay. When I needed immediate assistance, they were incredibly responsive, compassionate, and proactive in ensuring I received the care I needed. Their help was not only prompt but also reassuring during a stressful time, and I truly appreciate everything they did for me. In addition, the location is fantastic, situated in the heart of Manhattan, within walking distance of key attractions, great shopping, and dining. We also received some fantastic restaurant recommendations from the hotel. The rooms were also beautiful and comfortable and we really enjoyed the access to the Executive Club Lounge. Our experience at The Langham was fantastic! The combination of excellent service, a great location, and a stunning property made it a memorable stay. I am also very grateful for the exceptional care and attention I received. I can highly recommend this hotel.

Incredible hotel with amazing staff. Location is perfect. This trip was for my 10yr old daughter. She said she felt like a celebrity the way they treated us at Langham.

Best Hotel Experience in NYC
We have stayed in roughly 8-10 different hotels over the course of about 30 stays in NYC. While some were very good, none provided us the 5-star quality in every respect like The Langham did. Great facililty and great amenities, but most of all outstanding service and a wonderful room (606).

A Great Place
The Langham is a great place to stay. The Executive Club is particularly worthwhile. Excellent food and beverages. The employees are all exceptional. Our room was large, the bed comfortable. Good location with easy access to restaurants and broadway theater.
