Lacked adequate bedding, towels, toilet paper. Room had clothes, including undergarments, left from previous guests. Had to request housekeeping 4 times in 3-night visit to receive basic amenities. If there were WOH amenities, I did not receive any. Nice room, great location, excellent bar/coffee service downstairs

The location is perfect, close to Central Park. There are plenty parking garages nearby (and reasonably priced). We stayed in a suite. The room was clean and comfortable. The complementary chocolates adds a nice touch. We enjoyed the stay very much. It was beyond our expectation. We will stay at Thompson Hotel again.

Hotel is beautiful. Services was severely lacking. Room available hours late. Non working parts in the room. Housekeeping unavailable to make the pullout and sheets not provided for me to do so myself. Children waited hours to get into bed. Club level service disrespectful of my children who were well behaved. Valet offered excuses as to why front desk had directed me otherwise. It was very disappointing especially for w well seasoned traveler.

Double beds are tiny, charged 500 dollars unexpectedly for accidental damage. Nowhere in my booking did it state we would have to do this. Had to call down to guest services 4 times to request mugs to be sent up to the room. Housekeeping didn’t replenish coffee creamer/sugars daily either.

The Chromecast device initially worked well, but it has since stopped functioning properly, despite several troubleshooting attempts. This issue arose during our stay at a hotel, where the Chromecast was provided as part of the room's amenities to enhance the guest experience. Unfortunately, after multiple sessions with technical support, the problem remains unresolved, leaving us disappointed with the overall streaming experience.
