Low offer at highest price.
Very high price for low offering. Breakfast is worse but costs a fortune. For example two pieces of low quality toast cost $8. Also the cleaning of the room and bathroom was not done properly. Finally I tried to book some additional services which wasn’t working at all. Really sad as location would be ok.

My new favourite!!
My new regulatr! Beautiful hotel, great location, best service for miles!!! And MOST comfortable beds. Yumi at the front desk went above and beyond. And the concierge desk was the most genuine and helpful of any I’ve experienced. A quiet street right next to Madison Avenue. Perfect.

Good NYC Hotel
Had a nice stay. Moved rooms because of construction on street. Yumi was very helpful and professional. Doormen, concierge, and bellhops were also notably friendly. Breakfast was just okay and tea quality could be better for the price. Would stay again.

Great Experience
Love the Omni Berkshire Hotel. The staff is amazing, service top notch, room clean, and bed very comfortable. The location is also great, quiet block and felt safe. You are close to lots of attractions. I would highly recommend Omni Berkshire Hotel to my family and friends.

Never disappoints!
Amazing perks at the champion select guest level. Amazing location near Rock Center. Food and drinks are excellent. Service from staff is professional and they care about making sure your stay exceeds expectations. I highly suggest staying here.
