Harbour House Hotel

The Harbour house was beyond our expectations. The staff were friendly, helpful and very welcoming. The lobby as well as our room were so cozy, we felt at home. They served an awesome breakfast every morning. We will definitely stay at the Harbour House our next visit.

Our Harbour House experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by friendly accommodating staff. They provide free shuttle in the evenings to local restaurants, offer suggestions on dining options, have nightly wine sampling from local wineries and a delicious breakfast with pastries, bagels, croissants, quiche and coffee/tea. Every staff member we interacted with made our experience better and better.. Walking distance to the lake and the quaint shopping district. As a small boutique style hotel you receive excellent personalized service.

Love this property! Friendly efficient service. Spacious comfortable rooms. Excellent location for exploring NOTL and love the wine and cheese in the afternoon and the delicious breakfast! And parking at the hotel. Great hotel for girls getaway, romantic weekend or family fun! And idea for business meetings.

The staff and environment was exceptional. Highly recommend this property. We arrived late and Antoniette was our first point of contact. She was friendly and welcoming. Alyson greeted us too and brought us some wine and cheese to our room. She greeted us again the following day during the wine and cheese hour and was a delight to chat with. And to boot, provided us with a shuttle to and from Two Sister for dinner one evening. Last but not least, the breakfast team Amanda and Janet were amazing and the breakfast was delicious. Amanda chatted with us every morning and even share a few of the recipes with us. We wish we had more days to enjoy the wonderful experience of the Harbour House staff.

We love this Inn as it is our second time there. It is close to all downtown sites and on the harbour as well. Beautiful views. The staff are so friendly and kind. The place is very clean and well kept. The breakfast is exceptional. The bedrooms are cozy with a fireplace and large bathrooms.
