so outdated .....used to be a great hotel but needs major renovations .besautiful lobby but rooms are old , pool is old , chairs , umbrellas dirtu and broken and most of all ,elevatorto the the beach inoperable for unlimited time so prepare youself for a good workoutgoing up an down the stairs or be stuck at the pool . Not very pleasant when you book a hotel on the beach to enjoy the beach !!! understaff terrible management

Avoid avoid avoid
Avoid this dangerous ran down hotel. We were stuck in elevator on 26th floor 3 tines forcing us to walk 25 flights of stairs during stay. Informed elevators broken for years. Deferred maintenance everywhere, cold showers, wallpaper falling down baseboard cracked rotten, bang up furniture broken lamps. Bell hpp lost our luggage for 3hrs with seeded medications. Mgr laughed when I voiced my concerns.

Desert owned property nothing at all to do with Trump.
It is false advertising to say this is a Trump Resort. It is not up to the true Trump resort standards. It is understaffed, run down and in need of massive maintenance. Peeling wallpaper and paint, coffee makers and safes that don't work, lights with blown out bulbs not replaced and housekeeping that gives you fresh towels 50% of the time after being asked. Poor management.

We’ll be back every year!
My family and I tend to come down to south Florida every winter from NY for about a week. I had an issue with the resort I frequent and quickly needed to find another accommodation. Tony was extremely helpful over the phone and was able to give me and my family peace of mind. The service at the resort was exceptional. My children throughly enjoyed the Japanese restaurant. We personally will now be staying here every year. Thank you to Tony and all of the staff.

Renovation needed
This hotel is a great location but is in desperate need of renovations. There is no bar to hang out at. The food at the beach was just okay and there was not much variety. Cleaning staff did not come until I requested someone.i was not told this was necessary upon check in.I would not stay here again.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff was warm and friendly. The beach area and pool area were very clean. We cannot wait to go back. Next time I look forward to enjoying some spa treatments.

Of all resorts Trump Resort is the cream of the crop. I felt like a queen with the treatment. Service was great, the bell hops were great, the employees were great, and the beach was always clean. Drinks were delivered on the beach and our glasses never got empty. This will be the only place I stay when I'm in Florida.
