This place is managed horrible and very dated. Check in was a nightmare, we got stuck on the elevator and rooms are very dated. Mangers were very unprofessional and not any help at all. Will not be going back to this place. Much nicer and better places to stay for the same prices near by.

This was not our first time at this beautiful hotel. However, I felt like the quality of the room had declined. We had an ocean view suite in which the wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom. You could clearly see the seams where repairs were attempted in the shape of a triangle behind the toilet and rectangle on the wall next to the shower. The towel rack outside the shower was very loose on one side. There was no hairdryer in the room-I checked every drawer and closet since there were no shelves in the bathroom. After requesting one, the first one received seemed brand new but did not/would not work from any outlet in the room and, once turned on the switch was stuck and couldn’t be turned off. There were no “Do Not Disturb” signs to be had. We like to use these so that our room isn’t disturbed until we want service, about every 2 days. But our room was serviced every day, even after we told the housekeeper no service when she asked us. And she moved all of my toiletries that I had neatly arranged on the right side of the counter over to the left side. She wrapped up the replaced hairdryer and hid it behind the shaving mirror. I can see them remaking the bed and emptying the trash but personal items should be left undisturbed. And their Italian restaurant was only open for breakfast until 11am. So it was either be happy with Japanese or pool bar food or Uber to one of the local restaurants every night. Finally, we ran into a problem with our TV remote and called the front desk. When 90 minutes had gone by, we called the front desk again to cancel as it was getting late. We were assured someone would check the remote the next day. Later that night, we were woken by a knock on the door. It was maintenence presumably about the remote. He knocked 2 more times but we didn’t get up to answer. Nobody came the next day but the issue seemed to resolve itself so we let it be. Suffice to say, I was disappointed as past stays had been a true 5 star experience. We will be thinking twice before going back, even if the price is lower than other local 5 star hotels.

This is the worst hotel. Someone stole a Nordstrom shopping bag from my room with 2 new jackets in it and the hotel is denying that it was their employee. The hotel is old and needs to be renovated. The staff is rude except for a few front desk people and the valets. Don't waste your money.

Wow - total dump. Starting with the loud rude people.5)3 service is non existent and unfortunately the sushi restaurant looks like it is on it lasts legs. Really surprise this is considered hotel as it is tired and needs a renovation. Also annoying is the painful wifi in the lobby.

This hotel is horrible, almost ruined my birthday celebration. The hotel reeks of urine and feces. The furniture, switches, and appliances in the rooms are worn down, barely functional, or not working at all. I was switched to 4 different rooms each with its own set of issues including plumbing problems with the toilet. The elevator to the restaurant was broke down out of service, unable to enjoy my food in the restaurant without getting attacked by birds. The pool and spa was dirty water and leaves. I initially planned to stay for 4 days but immediately checked out after 1 nightmarish night.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff was warm and friendly. The beach area and pool area were very clean. We cannot wait to go back. Next time I look forward to enjoying some spa treatments.

Of all resorts Trump Resort is the cream of the crop. I felt like a queen with the treatment. Service was great, the bell hops were great, the employees were great, and the beach was always clean. Drinks were delivered on the beach and our glasses never got empty. This will be the only place I stay when I'm in Florida.
