We are members and chose this resort after having membership in a smaller 3 star resort in PV. We have never been disappointed in the 18 years we have been owners. Friendly helpful staff always available to help. Clean facility. Best beach in Vallarta area. Built and developed by an Italian gentleman from Vancouver BC. Reasonable prices.

Beware of the fellow in the kiosk, outside of the front gate. Do not even make eye contact with him. He misrepresented a time share presentation. We were told it was a 90 minute presentation. We confirmed with him that we had an appointment in 2 1/2 hours. Once he sat us down with the "closer".....he got nasty and beligerant....we did not get the anything as promised.....When I confronted him the next day and told him he was unethical.....he told me he coould not speak English.....ha ha fooled us. But we will NEVER go back. The rooms were bare bones.

Location of the Resort is Great -walking distance to calangute Baga Beach. The pool is great with excellent attendant - Mr Anjan Kumar - excellent host and was on his toes to support the guest. This is where the Good part ends. Restaurant is completely useless - food is tasteless. Serving stuff not helpful. We asked for tea to be prepared without sugar and staff refused saying they don’t have time. Breakfast buffets very limited. Dinner Buffet was even more limited. They have announced several programs on each night (Sea Food & Karaoke Nights, Tandoori Night &DJ) - but these were all words - no such events were organised. In fact Hotel staff told they were not allowed to play Hindi songs in the restaurant. (Adding Pictures of the Restaurant Program) Final nail in the coffin was at the time of Check Out - The bed sheet got two minor black spots from Ink. Mr Ajeet Desai Charged us Rs 1000 for a White Bed Sheet because it had those ink spots. We told them it would just go away by 1 bleach wash but he was extremely rude and ill mannered. I have never seen such behaviour ever. Not going to stay here ever. Also if by any chance sheets or pillow covers get dirty - I suggest the guest washes them instead of telling House Keeping otherwise you may end up Rs 1000-1500 for a pillow cover or a simple white bed sheet.

Kikal beach restaurant and bar are awesome Ernesto. My waiter couldn’t have been any nicer. He even remembered I don’t take lime in my corona on the beach. Ruben took care of me very well and Gaspar just as good thank you to all of them for being such good people, Paradise Village, you should be proud of your employees.

This was our first time at Paradise Village resort and spa. Our check-in took over an hour and 15 minutes and was very disorganized. The room we were originally assigned reeked of paint and caused both of us to become ill. The pools were small and extremely crowded. The hot tubs were tepid and also crowded. Kids ran screaming down the halls throughout the day. The vending machines ate our money without giving us the items. No one knew how to reimburse us. Check in was equally disorganized making us switch buildings for checkout. They reassigned us a new room in an older building and it was spacious. Transportation was convenient as was the mall. We will not return.
