Reviews for Paradise Village Beach Resort & Spa

More rude every time :-/

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 6 days ago

I have been a member for many years, and every time I return, the service is more rude and pennypinching. We have one hour before we leave for the airport and we are reclining on one of the many couches in the reception area. A staff person just came up and told me I need to “sit up straight” in the lobby.

Almost Great!

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 2 weeks ago

Our first visit to Paradise Village and the property and staff are outstanding. Mayra gave us our introductory presentation and set up our sales meeting. Mayra is fantastic and continued to guide and assist us during our visit. She made our trip much more enjoyable! I hope that the resort will read my comments and commendations and recognize her contributions. We enjoyed the resort and its many amenities. This resort is highly recommended!

Paradise Village

Wonderful small sized resort that has been owned by the same family for years, not a mega chain. Easy to walk off the property and enjoy other restaurants and shopping. Very clen and friendly staff. Very close to Vallarta Adventures, 5 min cab ride. Both hotel buildings have been completely remodeled with new furniture and HVAC.

Love Paradise Village

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 weeks ago

We are members and chose this resort after having membership in a smaller 3 star resort in PV. We have never been disappointed in the 18 years we have been owners. Friendly helpful staff always available to help. Clean facility. Best beach in Vallarta area. Built and developed by an Italian gentleman from Vancouver BC. Reasonable prices.

AVOID TIME SHARE PRESENTATION

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 3 weeks ago

Beware of the fellow in the kiosk, outside of the front gate. Do not even make eye contact with him. He misrepresented a time share presentation. We were told it was a 90 minute presentation. We confirmed with him that we had an appointment in 2 1/2 hours. Once he sat us down with the "closer".....he got nasty and beligerant....we did not get the anything as promised.....When I confronted him the next day and told him he was unethical.....he told me he coould not speak English.....ha ha fooled us. But we will NEVER go back. The rooms were bare bones.
