One of the best hotels I have stayed in Panama City, I recommend it 100%. The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast, the chopped steak and the sausages were too salty. Uno de Los mejores hoteles que me he quedado en la Ciudad de Panama, lo recomiento 100%. Lo unico que no me gusto fue el desayuno el bistek picado y las salchichas demaciadas saladas.

Multiple issues with room service (missing items, 2 hour delay, etc). Request for linens required several calls to fulfill. Broken toilet lid. Despite two attempts to reach management, I’ve not received responses to my outreach. - Damon Vaughan

Very nice Hotel and close to pretty much anything you want, restaurants, stores etc… there is a concierge always available that are more than happy to help with anything you need. The rooms are large very clean and comfortable. They serve a wide variety of foods for breakfast to start the day off. Highly recommended.

This property is wonderful. The pictures that are displayed online is exactly what you get. Service was excellent from front desk staff, dining room and housekeeping. Special thanks to Valeria and medgar from the front desk... Valeria displayed excellent customer service I so appreciate her. I will be back for sure,until next time bye.

The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. The complementary breakfast was nice. The room was comfortable. The pool area was a bit hot but we were not there for long. Overall, our stay was very good and would recommend to family and friends.
