After a wonderful Paris weekend a great review for this historic and iconic place is more than in order! From the warm welcome (top notch front desk team), luxurious room, spotless housekeeping, delicious breakfast (wonderful host named Anna), great dinner at Matsuhisa and lunch at Long Bar, to the relaxing time at the Spa, this place made the perfect Paris hide-away. Thank you to the entire time, for their great hospitality extended to us - I can only highly recommend and wish to be returning soon! Thank YOU!

Our stay at Raffles Le Royal Monceau in Paris was an exceptional experience in every respect. We stayed in the Gallery Suite, offering a spacious and tastefully decorated room—though, technically, not a suite in the classical sense, as it lacked a separate living and sleeping area. However, the thoughtful room design and abundance of mirrors, a hallmark of Philippe Starck, created a welcoming and spacious atmosphere. The entire hotel feels like a unique work of art, with curated artwork seamlessly integrated into the decor. This results in a harmonious blend of modernity and elegance, reflecting the hotel’s distinctive style. The butler service, easily reachable via WhatsApp, was reliable and added to the comfort of our stay. A special mention goes to the doormen, who were not only exceptionally friendly and courteous but also highly personable, always ready with a witty remark to bring a smile. This level of hospitality extended to all areas of the hotel, which were impeccably maintained and spotlessly clean. The turndown service was also discreet and exceedingly satisfying. Additionally, the pre-stay communication regarding our preferences and housekeeping timing was highly professional and left no room for improvement. The hotel’s location near the Arc de Triomphe is ideal for exploring Paris in all its glory. The breakfast buffet deserves particular praise, offering a generous selection of fresh, delicious foods, including hot dishes, ensuring a perfect start to the day. While food and beverages are priced at a premium, the quality is outstanding. Every bite and sip reflects a meticulous choice of products, accompanied by friendly and professional service. The only suggestion for future improvement would be to provide a bit more storage space in the bathroom—although, given the carefully designed style, this may be challenging to implement. We look forward to our next visit and sincerely thank the team for a truly outstanding hotel experience at Raffles Le Royal Monceau.

I was extremely looking foreword to staying for the first time at Le Royal Monceau - Raffles Paris but was extremely disappointed for the following: - My reservation was for 6 nights from Oct 18th till Oct 24th. / Room #417 - The receptionist were very welcoming and all smiles but that was about it (ONLY SMILES) & NO FOLLOW UP WHAT SO EVER ?????????? 1) Asked for Coffee & tea station (upon the recommendation of the receptionist), after numerous reminders by calling and by visiting the receptionist on our way in or out the Hotel, the coffee station finally arrived after 48 hours. Even upon delivery it was thrown in a corner in the room by room service without any setup ?????? KINDLY CHECK MY PHONE CALLS WITH THE RECEPTION. 2) Main Room door does not lock. I realized that my room door does not lock and was faulty, A thing that cannot wait or postponed. After numerous calls to the receptionists for maintenance and of course again with out any follow up, had to call the service directly to get a response. THE LOCK WAS FINALLY FIXED AFTER 6 HOURS OF CONTINUOUS CALLING & NAGGING ?????? KINDLY CHECK MY PHONE CALLS WITH THE RECEPTION. 3) Mini Bar did not work, asked to fix on my first day, the fridge was never fixed although I left numerous reminders at the reception, I left the hotel and the fridge was never fixed ?????? As mentioned, receptionist all smiles & NO FOLLOW UP......................... 4) Had to remind housekeeping & the reception to do the following: - Replace hand towels ??? - Replace the Tea & Coffee Cups in the Room ???? Finally, you have the worst receptionists and follow up I have ever experienced and trust me I travel alot and only stay in 5 star plus hotels. Your House Keeping is extremely average & good only for a 4 Star Hotel. Our best experience at your hotel was the F&B. Good Breakfast and food at all your outlets and most very good waiters & service at these outlets. Hope that this message reaches the right people and hope that it is taken Seriously.

Excellent location. Service beyond expectations from Butler, to Concierge and any other staff member they were all attentive and exceptional. Every place I ate in the hotel the food was incredible. You must try the vegetarian burger! Can’t wait to go back!
