Reviews for Hotel Regina Louvre

Enjoyed our stay

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 1 day ago

Beautiful hotel lobby, bar and dining room. Our Eiffel Tower suite was nice but not as grand as we expected. The TV gets only 5 channels, which are all news. The 'living room" was rather bland but the bedroom was very nice, and we did have a vew of the Effiel. We had some lighting issues (lights went on and off on their own) but management was very apologetic and attentive. The dining room was beautiful but a bit overly bright (new lights). Ate dinner there 2 nights and the food was absolutely delicious and first rate---as was the service and wine. We preferred the ambience of the bar (which is the most beautiful space in the hotel) but unfortunately you cannot eat dinner there.

Great service and location

My husband and I stayed at the Regina Hotel for five days to celebrate my 50th birthday. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was perfect. The hotel truly lives up to its five-star rating, with exceptional service from the front desk, concierge, front doorman, and housekeeping staff. The hotel’s location is ideal, allowing us to easily explore museums, restaurants, and shopping areas within a 10-15 minute walk. Our room was a corner room, offering breathtaking views of the Eiffel Tower. The unforgettable sunsets and morning scenery from our room were one of the best reasons to choose this hotel. Next year, I am planning a trip to France with my sister, and I intend to stay at the Regina Hotel again. I sincerely appreciate the excellent service we received, and I highly recommend Hotel Regina to anyone planning a trip to Paris.

Elegant and historical

TripAdvisor Traveler Review Rating Reviewed 4 days ago

We had a suite and it was really nice to have a second bathroom attached to the living room area. The decor is Art Deco and many original tiles and moldings are from 1900 when it was built. The furniture is antique or antique looking and makes you feel like you are in "old Paree". Location couldn't be better, across the street from the Louvre and the Tuilleries Garden, so it was easy to walk to many places. The doormen were especially nice and always there to get you a taxi when needed. The staff was friendly, too, and very accommodating. Always a caramel or hard candy on the way to the elevator. The refrigerators are really "wine coolers', so one shouldn't expect to keep any food or cold beer in there.

Great hotel in great location

A very special hotel, right in the centre of Paris - so lovely to walk out onto the Rue de Rivoli and with the Louvre and the Tuileries right opposite! We had a courtyard room which was quiet and well appointed, if a little on the cosy side. The mattress was rather soft for my taste. Breakfast was very nice, but expensive. The cocktail bar is fabulous and very enjoyable. We had room service one evening, which was very nice. Staff were wonderful - always helpful and polite. It was part of wedding anniversary celebrations and a complimentary bottle of rose wine was much appreciated!

the staff is fantastic, wonderful and helpful. The rooms very clean and comforting and enjoyed the bar. The location is perfect with many things to do around the hotel, close to the Louvre and the concierge was most helpful in assisting us. Will absolutely go again

We had a wonderful time at the Regina. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also, all items included in our package arrived promptly. The hotel is very well geared to the Luxury Link auction features and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
