The vast mansion which now houses the Relais Christine was built on the remains of the Abbey of the Grands-Augustins, founded in 1231. This delightful and discreetly luxurious boutique hotel has managed to preserve the intimacy of the private residence it once was.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The staff is fantastic. They know their clientele and are extremely helpful. The location is superb. The area has lots of bistros and shops to explore. I highly recommend this cozy little gem in a great location.

I had the opportunity to stay over Valentine’s Day weekend (my 2nd stay at the hotel) and though the hotel was booked solid, no detail was overlooked. I indicated on our early check-in form that my husband and I would arrive early in the morning on check-in day, and our room was ready for us at 11. Breakfast is extraordinary with every thing you could ever want to power you through your day of exploring Paris, and on Valentine’s Day, the hotel staff gave out roses. On check out day, the hotel arranged a car for us to the airport and provided us with water as well as offered coffee or hot breakfast. Aside from the service, it is in a perfect location, near most of the big sites but set back on a quiet side street that makes you feel your coming back to a very fancy home you’ve rented. I’m already dreaming of our next stay!

Lovely location and amazing service. Fantastic breakfast and really nice lounge area. Bathrooms are dated and gym is very poor. Still, my go-to hotel when coming to Paris.

We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary in Paris and the Relais Christine was the perfect place for a romantic and relaxing trip. The location is outstanding and the staff is extremely personable. A lovely, charming ambience with French flair. We met other visitors from the US and this seems to be very popular with US tourists. My wife enjoyed the spa and we appreciated the excellent breakfast each day, and the honor bar for a night cap after sight seeing. An exceptional hotel, highly recommended!

Small beautiful hotel with best location in Paris. My room was great but expensive. Service impeccable.
