Extended family Christmas to remember
Amazing stay as extended family of 14. Variety of activities and on site dining and kids activities provided perfect mixture of relaxation and adventure. On site laundry was helpful and daily housekeeping kept things organized. Kids club staff were extraordinary and knew the six kids names very quickly. Can’t say enough positive things about the space available for large family.

Stay here, you won’t regret it!
This place… I mean wow, customer service the best my family has ever experienced. Our air conditioner stopped working one night and within minutes of reporting it there was an engineer silently fixing it while my son slept. Everyone you come across smiles and greets you, clearly they are treated well by Andaz. The pools are beyond amazing, infinity pools that look out over papagayo bay. Monkeys swinging in trees around you and iguanas climbing on rocks. The food was fantastic, loved the boat ride over to Playa de Casa too. This place we basically didn’t leave for 6 days and could have easily stayed longer. Paradise on earth. Well done Andaz! We are Globalists and have stayed in many hotels, this one surpasses Grand Hyatt Kauai, our previous favorite hotel.

Looking for a quiet Andaz room
Andaz has a great staff and were very helpful. Our room was spacious and had great views of the bay (bldg. 4). Building 7 did not have good views. We were close to the spa and adult pool so it was very quiet. Loved the birds and wildlife. Would definitely come back.

Great resort to have a vacation there
The staff there are really friendly! They are glad to help as long as you have any needs. My friend and I took part in some water activities inside the hotel. They do care a lot about your safety and talked a lot about the nature/local cultures. Really fun! The dining experience was way better than expected. They do care a lot about your allergy/preference and tried their best to make the accommodation. Great thanks for that

Boring resort, too expensive and not value for money
Nothing, your hotel is boring, the beach is neglected, I paid 17 dollars for box of milk, at checkout you charged me 1000 dollars much more then the reservation, not value for money at all, I will never come back again , I paid 3500 dollars for 6 nights and I didn’t get anything, even for capuchino at breakfast you charged extra, 500 per night for nothing, such a boring place
