Blue Diamond Luxury Boutique Hotel

A completely comfortable stay, we feel ranovated and full of energy, the connection you feel with nature is incredible. We had a couple of days with rain but that didn't affect us at all. The cenote is amazing! The room has been spacious and comfortable, the spa definitely wonderful, all the girls are very attentive. We took a couple's massage and it has really been a dream, the masseuses are wonderful. We loved the spa areas, extremely quiet.

This is not a Luxury Hotel - can't get bath towels, air conditioning, or even electricity on a regular basis. At only 40% capacity would expect better service. While restaurant staff is excellent, front office is non-responsive. Many amenities offered on website like Ceviche bar, Cigar Bar, Water Sports Desk not open. Many better Luxury options available in the area.

A magical place full of amenities and Super recommended for couples as it is very quiet and private spacious and comfortable rooms. In the activities majo and monica were taking care of us very well, we loved the cocoa ceremony. You know more about the culture of Mexico and especially the Mayan culture. The food is certainly a strong point in its favor and the overall service excellent. We leave satisfied.

My husband and I just celebrated our ten year wedding anniversary at the Blue Diamond and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience. The entire staff was incredibly attentive & friendly. Any and all of our needs were met without issue or stress. The food was excellent and I can say with certainty we enjoyed every meal. Wellness is priority but the bartenders are also there to show you a good time or just ensure that you are having one. Paulo was an absolute stand out and was loved by all of the guests.

I won’t lie - when we first arrived, we were unsure how we’d feel about the place. It definitely needs some updates. Some plugs didn’t work, the blinds were tattered on the sides, and we were unable to use our plunge pool because it was too cold. BUT! The people and the food made up for it! Everything we ate was DELICIOUS. The people are wonderful. Paulo is our new BFF along with Gustavo. They made our trip so fun! Luis Pat and Bernabe were the best waiters ever! So kind and very attentive. Somehow they knew my birthday was coming up and surprised me with a special cake and a saxophone player played happy birthday to me. So nice! The snorkeling that was included was a lot of fun. We thought that a round of golf was included but it is not. There are also a lot of things that are extra (if you choose): certain food, room service. We didn’t have any need for those things though. We still had plenty of options. It was fun to see all the animals: Esmeralda the crocodile, all the coaties, and there’s a raccoon named Milo that’ll eat out of your hand! It is SO SO quiet here. If you’re looking for a party scene, this isn’t the resort for you. If you want relaxation and quiet, definitely come here.
