A Perfect Birthday Get Away
The welcoming staff was fantastic. Our corner room with 2, yes 2 bathrooms was beautiful and comfortable. The restaurant was nice and convenient to visit, especially for breakfast. The location was perfect and my stay there helped make my birthday one of the best yet.

Centrally located, plus chocolate...
Lovely hotel with a ton of history, so you kick off your stay in Portland in the best place possible. The location is perfect. I found a vast difference in service between front desk clerks, but this is not a reason to not stay. The hotel is iconic, rooms are cozy and comfortable and clean, and the chocolate store in the hotel is reason enough to stay.

Every time I visit Portland I make it a practice to be sure I stay at the Heathman. I love the location and the service. Valet parking is a game changer for me in a city and their team is always approachable and friendly. The rooms are always clean and cozy. Will be back again!

Hidden Gem
Lovely hotel with amazing staff, beautiful old building with great art. The food was impeccable, I suggest the French Toast they put their own twist to it and it's incredible. I have found my home away from home in Portland now their stuck with me!

If excellent service were an Olympic sport, Sarah and the cleaning crew would be bringing home the gold. From start to finish, my stay was nothing short of delightful. The reception team was not only welcoming but also armed with top-tier local recommendations—because let’s be honest, Google reviews can only get you so far. My room was spotless, the ambiance was inviting, and the overall experience was one I’d gladly repeat. In short: great hotel, great people, and yes, I’ll be back (and not just because I left my phone charger).
