We enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Art Nouveau Palace Hotel Prague as the start to our European vacation. We enjoyed their friendly team, convenient location in New Town, delicious breakfast, and comfortable, well equipped hotel room. If your electronic devices are USA type plug, bring an adapter as there's only 1 plug on the bathroom hairdryer unit that we found in the room.

We went for a stag do for 2 nights. In terms of value for money this hotel is awesome. Several people in our group couldn’t believe the price we’d managed to book the rooms for - this great value is the reason for the 5* review. Location is perfect - very close to the centre. The hotel is grand and impressive. Don’t get me wrong there are nicer, more modern hotels out there, but I’ve not found one in a city centre in Europe, of this standard, available for such a modest price. Staff were very professional. Everything was clean. The rooms were a good size and everything worked. Mini bar was reasonably priced. I’d consider us to be a sophisticated stag do. We didn’t make a lot of noise and weren’t a nuisance to other guests. However, what I would also add is that I didn’t hear any noise from any other guests either. So either the rooms are all well sound proofed or this hotel has managed to avoid becoming a stag and hen trap. In fact, this is one of the quietest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. If I was going back to Prague with my wife I would stay here again. If I was going with the kids I’d take them here too. A great all rounded at a price you won’t top. Excellent value.

The Art Nouveau is a nice hotel, as its name implies, very art nouveau. But it isn't 5 star. Our room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was well equipped. However, the shower head was loose. Good selection at breakfast. The majority of staff were quite surly and not very friendly. Prague, the city, was beautiful.

My wife and I arrived here in August 2024, for a six night stay. The receptionist was welcoming and professional... but we had to laugh at the disdain in his voice when he mentioned we had paid through.... BOOKING.COM. How common of us. The plebs are in town. Just as well, what we had paid was a fraction of the displayed nightly rate. That was the 'worst' things got and made us laugh, the rest was superb and I still regret having had no cash to tip the man who brought our cases up. A good location just off the main streets, turn left or right and you're in the heart of things. Breakfast was great, our top-floor room had a superb view across the rooftops and spires, and everything went smoothly. Staff were almost invisibly efficient, and despite the hitch on our first night where we got lost and spent nearly three hours wandering about trying to find our hotel, it was an excellent place to stay; quiet, no noise or screaming children, sleep was undisturbed every night, the time flew by and our taxi to the airport arrived to the second. We're going back this year (but have booked and paid directly with the hotel so no more BOOKING.COM and in fact it was much cheaper to book this way). Looking forward to it.

The hotel was very good, location excellent and staff exceptional. Breakfasts very good, Stepanka and her staff went above and beyond with excellent food and service , and knowledge of area taking interest of you and your day. Hotel extremely warm even tho weather outside minus temps, room spacious and very clean. Bathroom shower could do with being updated.

Stayed at the Hotel Palace Praha from September 20-24.... This portion was the highlight of a month-long birthday present to my daughter. We couldn't have picked a better hotel or location to start her first journey in Europe. The staff and hotel went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. By way of thanks, I have been talking about that experience to all my friends and relatives. I would hope to try to duplicate the experience, but am sure it was once in a lifetime.

We were extremely pleased with Hotel Palace Praha and we were treated as royalty. The highlight of the experience was the dinner. The hotel restaurant is magnificently decorated in Art Nouveau style (as is most of Prague) and the Maitre d' greeted us as old friends. We had three waiters and they included a bottle of wine. The piano player made the evening special (and romantic) and the food was outstanding.

The service at the Hotel Palace Praha was exceptional. Not only did they arrange a car to meet us at the airport, they decorated our lovely room with a beautiful bouquet of fresh flowers, candles and rose petals with a note wishing us a happy honeymoon. The restaurant staff was among the most friendly we met on our whole trip. The live jazz band in the restaurant even played for us the first dance song from our wedding. I’ve recommended it to everyone I know...

In October we traveled to Prague, Czech Republic, and the Hotel Palace Praha. The hotel was wonderful, luxurious but unpretentious, and our room was beautiful with one of the hotel’s few balconies. The service was exceptional, the location perfect, but the highlight was dinner. I am something of a 'foodie', both gourmet and gourmand, and we have eaten our way through three-star restaurants of a number of countries, but I have never had a better, more graciously served, or more memorable meal than that included in our package - and the (included) outstanding Czech wine was a revelation.
