Alexandra Resort is named after the coastal paradise it's part of – the 6,500-acre Princess Alexandra National Marine Park. This protected area is a sanctuary for the creatures living in the north barrier reef of Providenciales, and it keeps Grace Bay’s 12 miles of quiet, sugar-sand beaches pristine. Relax seaside under yellow umbrellas, with a drink in hand by a lagoon-style pool, or on a private terrace outfitted in teakwood furniture.

My family of four (kids 7 and 11) visited this hotel in early November with friends and we really enjoyed our stay. Some of the highlights - The rooms are large and have ample amenities for a family of four, especially the two bathrooms. We found the food overall to be very good and sometimes great. Our faves were the truck stop for lunch and the steak grill for dinner, and the breakfast buffet and beachside buffet were very good. We also liked the ability to go to Blue Haven via the shuttle for the day or for a meal. It's a beautiful property, but definitely more quiet! The entertainment team was great, both during the day and evening, but would have loved to see more volleyball/soccer, etc. for the kids during the day. Some of the staff were really great, including Marisol, Priscilla (went above and beyond both before and during our trip), Karl at the restaurants, and Cheeky and the other female day entertainer (can't remember her name but she was so full of life!). Some of the areas where there can be improvement - the main restaurant for lunch was very slow and often got our orders wrong, so we much preferred the beachside buffet and truck stop. Towels were often an issue, especially in the room. We were never given enough and often had to call for more, and sometimes they never arrived. Robes in the room would be a nice touch. There was also a metal bar that stuck out from the mattress which was a serious hazard. Additionally, while the beach and ocean are absolutely beautiful, the hotel advertises a water trampoline. We asked several times where it was, and continuously received the runaround, so it was never out during our 7 day stay, unfortunately. Also, the water sports guys probably could make a bit more effort (for example, help bring the paddle boards to the ocean). The lobby is basic and does not make a good first impression for the hotel, but I believe construction is underway to remedy that, and lastly, the gym could use a sprucing up! Overall a really great stay and looking forward to going back in the near future.

This place was lovely. The food was good and the beach beautiful. Lots to do Sylvie and the jerk chicken lunch spot made the best chicken . Be sure to try it if you get there. She puts a lot of special care into her cooking and it is delicious and there is always a lineup at lunch time.

My wife and I visited this all-inclusive resort for eight days in December 2024. The resort is expensive, as we selected an ocean-front room with a balcony. The initial room they gave us was on the second floor, and had a so-so view of the beach and water. The manager willingly accommodated my request to move us to a room with a more expansive view of the beach and water. We got a one bedroom suite on the 4th floor. This room was spacious, comfortable, and modern. It included a king bed, sofa, kitchen, dining area, two TVs, washer and dryer, safe, etc. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony that gave us an excellent view of picturesque Glacier Bay. Almost all the employees were courteous and helpful and provided excellent service. The food was good, especially at the Black Rock restaurant (ribeye steak and salmon). The pool and surrounding area and landscape were adequate. We went on a private four-hour island tour with D.C. He was an excellent tour guide, engaging and informative. We ate at the Conch Shack, pricey but super good. Reception at the resort recommended D.C. I walked to downtown that has several quality shops and restaurants. The only drawback was a major one in that my wife is handicapped, and there is no beach access for handicapped guests at the resort. One path had 16 stairs, and the other path had a steep downward walkway then several large uneven rocks before getting to the sand. Although we enjoyed our visit to the resort, we probably would not return because my wife was unable to get to the beach. A

My family and I stayed at the Alexandra Resort in mid-December and enjoyed our stay. We stayed in the Chelsea building and enjoyed a roomy 2-bedroom suite with an oceanfront view. The resort grounds were spacious, lush and well-kept. Several staff members were exceptional. Sylvie, the Irie Bite chef served up dishes with her smile. Supervisor Sudion was warm, welcoming and professional. Judyann, Angela, and Christine provided great service and made us feel comfortable while dining. Chef Keith, Chef Michael, and another older Jamaican chef (we can't remember his name) was friendly and engaging. Our only suggestions would be to increase the variety of entertainment provided at night and for there to be more consistent Wi-Fi service.

My family and I just visited Turks and Caicos and stayed at the Alexandra Resort. I couldn’t have made a better selection. We had two rooms, a two bedroom and a one bedroom. I choose the deluxe rooms which were extremely nice, roomy and spacious. The best part of my stay was the entertainment at the resort, Tash is such a sweet spirit and very talented. Her support team Kimron, Cheeky, Shaq, Ayesha, Lettuce, DJ Dig, Ace, Watson, Razor Sharp and Barbie were also amazing. They were all very engaging not to mention entertaining and kept a smile on our faces. The lady at the jerk chicken hut was all smiles every time I went for chicken. Valery(ie) not sure how he spells his name, also provided service with a smile. You can’t go wrong at the Alexandra.
