This property is gorgeous. I visited with my son, and we only stayed for 2 nights but made the most of our stay. I highly recommend Deb, the Concierge. She goes above and beyond and is truly wonderful. Bob and his team with the Outdoor adventure kayak was excellent. His team was amazing, and it was an experience my son and I will never forget. I highly recommend the tide pool excursion. The hiking trail was amazing as well right no property. The only issue I had was the price of the food and wish it was a little more affordable. Also, the price of the valet was a little high as well. But besides that, the food was excellent, the service was outstanding and would recommend to anyone.

This resort was even better than I expected! From the photos online, I was on the fence honestly. However, the resort was gorgeous!! The staff was so friendly and welcoming! We’re a family of golfers, so we golfed with our teenage son every day during the trip. We all loved the resort and especially the course. They cleaned our clubs for us after every round. I was super impressed. The resort had drivers to shuttle you around in golf carts and Lexus vehicles. We never walked anywhere unless we were intentionally hiking. The pools are heated, so even though it was January and cool outside, our kiddo was still able to swim and have a great time. Very family friendly, but also offers 21+ areas for people who want to escape the busyness. The views were gorgeous! Better than gorgeous! You don’t often get views like that in the US. Lots of dining options. I could go on forever. It was a truly pleasurable trip. We are already planning to return without the kiddo soon.

Best local staycation in Southern California hands down. Our room overlooked the Palos verdes cliffs and was steps away from the many walking paths that were dog friendly (we were ecstatic because we brought our dog). The restaurants and bar drinks were delicious. Didn’t make it to the pool, but will definitely be coming back, so next time!

Terranea Resort is my favorite resort in Southern California. I frequently have a staycation yearly. Although I live about an hour south of there, when I am at Terranea, I feel like I am in a faraway remote place with a sense of tranquility. This past year, my Dad and I celebrated our birthdays together. He turned 97 and the staff took extra special care of us and surprised us with a birthday banner in our room. The staff is friendly, and accommodating, especially the front desk, particularly Eileen and Samointe. They had great training from a previous manager, Steve Kim. Sadly, Steve is no longer with Terranea. He was a great service provider to all the guests. Gigi at the concierge also made us feel special during our stay. I plan on celebrating my Dad's 98th birthday in 2025 at Terranea. Come and visit Terranea, because you will have a memorable experience when you are there!

The resort is a mainstay in our travels. The views, the service, the grounds are all perfect. The meeting space is very thoughtfully planned and most have views. The spa was under renovation, however the way that the property used the bungalows was very effective and a wonderful flow. Catalina Kitchen was a wonderful experience- the heaters were a plus for the "chilly" nights (and even during day). Nelson's chips and dips, and tacos were top notch. The views are amazing. The service was wonderful and Megan took amazing care of us. The casitas are a perfect setup for families. We were on the first floor, and the access for the kids to kick a ball around on the turf. Sea Beans was a perfect spot for a quick breakfast (bagels, egg burritos, coffee and specialty coffees). Falcon talk was educational for both the kids and the adults. Overall, do not hesitate to visit Terranea for family, couples, or business. It is a perfect location that is close enough to LAX, however a world away from the urban atmosphere.

My husband and I returned from a two night stay and we fell in love with this special place. We will definitely go back again, and maybe even bring the kids next time. The service was terrific, the food amazing, and the spa fantastic!

My wife and I just returned from a 3-night stay at Terranea Resort. We bid and won the package on Luxury Link. The resort was spectacular and the service was second to none. From the moment we pulled our car up to the beautiful entrance we knew we were in for a treat. We arrived around noon and were a little concerned that we were too early to check in, but it was not a problem and we flew through the check-in. The view from our balcony was incredible. There was nothing between us and the blue Pacific Ocean. If we had to choose the best thing about the resort (which is hard to do), we would have to say the massages at the spa were the best we have ever had. This resort is all about service. The staff always had a smile on their faces and went out of their way to make sure you had everything you needed and you were having a good time. The resort is luxury without being pretentious. I don't have a single complaint or suggestion for improving my stay. Thanks for an incredible vacation.

My husband and I just returned from an absolutely fabulous weekend at Terranea. Our 2 night package from Luxury Link included a beautiful ocean view suite, fabulous massages and outstanding breakfasts. The grounds are amazing and we never even left the resort. On Friday and Saturday they have a jazz band that plays in the lobby that was world-class entertainment. Every one of their wonderful employees went out of their way to make our anniversary weekend special. I am so happy that I took the risk of bidding on my first Luxury Link package, as it exceeded all my expectations - and I got a fabulous deal! I will definitely use this site again!

We just returned from fantastic weekend birthday stay at Terranea in an ocean-view suite. Service was top-notch and the grounds are terrific. We watched the sun set into the ocean both nights. They even have a falconer that brings his birds out on a golf cart to deter sea gulls, including an enormous Northern European owl with orange eyes. There were great spa treatments and excellent restaurants, including the stand-out Mar'sel. We will be back.

My wife and I just stayed at the resort for 3 nights and it was fabulous. We received extraordinary service! Our meals, the room and the grounds are well worth the price we paid. We will go again and again. We can't say enough about the whole time we spent there.

When my husband and I booked our Terranea package, it seemed too good to be true. Connecting ocean view rooms, 2 massages, breakfast and parking included on a popular August weekend for $1,000? Turns out it was better than anything we could have imagined. The rooms are absolutely 5-star, and the property is breathtaking. The best part, however, was the staff - who really went out of their way to accommodate our every request. At the end of the weekend, the kids were well rested, we were well rested and we couldn't believe we never knew about this resort which is only 2 hours from San Diego. Fantastic. Perfect. Thank You.
